I called the Collierville Tennessee location just to ask a simple question about printing and the associate that answered the phone around 8pm May 18,2017 was extremely rude. She had me on hold for a long time so I decided to hang up and call back, as soon as she got on the phone she proceeds to say "the person in printing is busy what do you want"? Im very disgusted with the lack of customer service that I was given. If you dont want work in retail get more skills to do something better!

Today was the first day of tax free for back to school, but the store only had 2 registers opened. While there were plenty of associates around, they did not offer to help at the registers.
