The staff is friendly but terribly disorganized. I called to schedule an appointment and received a call from the office the day-of to confirm, but when I went there there was no appointment on their calendar. They believe they mustve written over my appointment with another person. I returned on another day and completed an eye exam and ordered contacts. When I came in on a third occasion to pick up, the wrong contacts had been ordered. I paid anyway but left without the contacts so a family member could return to pick up for me on a later date. When that family member did so the following week, they were denied because the staff member missed in the notes that the contacts had been paid for. Its been weeks and I still dont have any contacts, which is the entire reason I made an appointment in the first place.

Terrible service. They rejected an order for contacts that my daughter NEEDS to see, without warning or prior notification that we were due for an annual. I understand that we need another appointment but my daughters contacts work well for her, she absolutely needs them to function, we cant get in for an appointment for a month, and they did not call or contact us directly with an explanation. We only received the rejection message through 1800contacts. We will just make an appointment with someone else.

My family went to Smelinks for my entire life. Rx Optical was there and I gave it a chance. I went in because my glasses were getting blurry. They gave me a *lower* prescription. I told them this was wrong, but they insisted that they were correct. When I tried on my glasses, it was worse than what I had. I told them they needed to re-examine me and adjust my prescription and they refused. They told me the frames were the problem. I will never return.

I had a great experience with this Rx optical. I got an appointment very quickly, I didnt have to wait at all. Everyone was very nice and polite. I got contacts for the first time and they were very patient with teaching me.
