I was satisfied with my Rayban authentic prescribed sunglasses from a Lenscrafter store in Texas. after lost for one year, finally I decided to get another pair. I lives out of town, this Summit PLAZA store is the closest one with one hour drive. I asked to get exact same lens as what I had before(my information is in their system). when I picked up my glasses, I found the logo was blurring, then the associate took my glass to the lab to reprint the logo. I felt very uncomfortable, My first glass logo was from rayban directly. Are they making counterfeit lens? later I called many other lenscrafters across country to confirm. Some says rayban only print logo, some says that lenscrafter would print on the low end ROX lens. After the logo reprinted, I found this lens is much thicker than my first one! But I am not 100% sure as I lost my glass for one year. I talked my concern to the associate, he said Rayban only come one lens-ROX(lying). I told him that I used to have option before that I chose the thinnest one with high index. Then he said ray ban discontinue it in 2014(keep lying). But I ordered exact same one as last pair in the system. He said it is the same one in the system, both are ROX(are you kidding me, how rayban put different lens on same name). Additionally, there is no "RB" etch on right lens, his replies is that no etch for prescription lens. my friend was with me as he also got glasses with me here(I introduced lenscrafter to him). we both felt uncomfortable. But he mentioned we could return any time in 30 days if we do not like it. after I come home, I compared my two receipt. My old one is ROX+ 1.6 Plastics, the new one is ROX poly. What worse, I ordered green, they new receipt shows GRAY!!!! I had not distinguished that in the store. I started call other lenscrafter across country to find out whether it is normal for lenscrafter to print RAYBAY LOGO, and whether they has different lens. All of them say that there are ROX, ROX PLUS, ROX PLUS HD. The thickness different, clearness different, digital and continous different. usually rox plus hd is from RAYBAN california directly.The logo issue replies are different. Some say logo only from rayban, some say they can print on ROX lens only. another weird thing was that the other store can not locate this order information in their system. I called this SUMMIT PLAZA store to ask lens as I did not discuss about my issue and my identity. A lady answered the phone and said they only has one lens ROX. then I ask why not ROX+, and ROX + HD, then she said yes they has ROX+, but not HD. I asked whats the thickness difference. she confirmed with another guy saying no difference about thickness( different from other stores and my experience). To summary my review 1. the lens are different from what my first order in the system 2. the logo blurring, they go to print logo again to confuse customer 3. Associate lying about the lens types( WHY) 4. unfamilar with Rayban lens as they say no other lens, after my correction, they say no difference of thickness. with all concerns above, I was worry whether this store got " real " lens from Rayban. I will call rayban and lenscrafter customer care to confirm. Meanwhile, I just have ordered one from RayBan directly, and will compare the difference and update my review. I am sure I will return this product after my comparison as it is wrong lens.

I have shopped at lens crafters for over 10 years in multiple states as I relocate with my employer. We waited for over 30 minutes after my family picked out their frames watching one sales person help a single lady pick out frames and styles. There were multiple customers in the store. The younger man was helping 4 or 5 customers at a time moving through them the best he could. The technician kept coming out of the back room to answer the phones for them and was obviously getting annoyed the sales people didnt answer. The older man would not disengage to help the other customers who were waiting to be helped and were ready to make their purchases. Our family had $900 of frames picked out not including the lenses and extras. This was not an issue of payroll or scheduling as the older man should have let the lady look to pick out her own frames and not be a personal shopper. Strangely enough when I was having my eye exam a couple weeks ago I witnesses a very angry lady walk out and say she would not come back again also as I was in the next door office. I will not be back. We will be going Costco from now on. The frames are cheaper, the lenses are cheaper and the insurance reimburses through them. We were going to head to oxmoor center but I saw they had only a 1.7 review. Perhaps they need new district leadership.

Walked in looking for Prada glasses. Was immediately greeted by a very friendly staff member. Normally I have a hard time selecting glasses but the staff made it very easy and clear for me. They had some great deals too! I left very satisfied and I look forward to my next visit.

I am only 25 but I am starting to lose my vision a bit (thanks genetics). I came in and after feeling awkward I was treated like family. I was told that I had near sightedness and I was paired with a great pair of glasses. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

I saw Dr. Webb for the first time last week. I was impressed with the office technology. Dr. Webb was very nice. Area of growth would be not talking about patients/plans at the front (it is a very small area) and also the wait times. I arrived early and was seen late.

The staff at Lenscrafters was top notch! There was an issue with my insurance, and they worked everything out with a smile. Very helpful, very friendly, and the exam was very well done! I would definitely recommend this office!

selection is all alike. I didnt feel like anyone wanted to sell me a pair of frames that I wanted. It was very much what they thought would look nice on me. :-/ I left without purchasing.
