I was tired of being treated like a number, appointments hours over the scheduled times, and lacking in interpersonal skills. Upon searching I found DR. Warneck online. Based on the great cost I wondered what kind of treatment I would get, but felt I couldn’t be treated any worse than I have at so called top eye centers. It was easy to schedule, is located in the Mall with easy access, parking, and located within Vision Works right outside Sears. Upon arrival I had no waiting, was impressed with all the modern equipment, and treated with the utmost kindness by the staff. The exam with Dr. Warneck was detailed as any other exam I have had, and his demeanor is truly one of caring. With over 24 years of practice behind him I know at this time I have found a new location, and doctor for all my eye care. I suggest others do so too as you won’t believe some of the specials he is running and with the items mentioned why go elsewhere?

Bad experience my daughter and I got our prescriptions at our Dr today and went there for glasses , we left !!! the people were so rude an older guy Rob or Robert not sure was very rude and smart talking to the customer he was helping and the girl that I talked to was spinning on her knee it the chair flipping her hair talked like a valley girl. needless to say 600.00 dollars plus walked out your door. POOR MANAGEMENT

So I ran out of contacts ask for a trial pair until three weeks when my insurance pays for exam instead of paying out of pocket now. They will only give trial out if you get exam. Note been coming to this place for 20yrs. Oh how I miss Dr Furgerson. He would have done it no problem no questions ask. The Dr and patient connection..Wont be back here anymore.

Great experience, their customer service is excellent, and Ive only met with success. Been buying glasses at that location, it was called something else before, but Ive been buying glasses out of that corner of the mall for 20 years. Plus, they take my insurance!

By far not the best but I guess there could be worse seems they were a little less pressed for time than the usual Walmart Vision Center but by far not exceptional service or prices
