It always amazes me when people write these kind of reviews without factual backup. I dont see anything in here factual, except the staff was rude, and that was over 2 years ago. There may have been a rude employee there back then, but I did not have that experience at all. had to Google the shop to call and see if my bikes were ready, and they were. I noticed the previous reviews and can assure you, this is not the case at this shop. I felt compelled to stick up for this guy, he is knowledgeable, courteous, and knows his bike stuff. and no, I am not related or anything, I dont even remember his name. First, they WILL work on any brand bike, the others, including the one mentioned below, will not work on your bike if you did not buy it from them unless they think they can sell you a new one. And I have had similar experiences at these other shops where they scoff at my brand of choice, simply because they do not sell that brand. I had NO such experience at International, they gladly took My Gary Fisher, Trek, and even my daughters Kmart bike and fixed them all with great service and knowledgeable staff. As a small business owner myself, I can understand one of my staff creating an unhappy customer by rudeness or just plain stupidity, and if that happens you should contact the owner not post it on the Internet. You would have probably gotten your issue resolved. I give this guy 4 stars!

My daughter won a bike certificate here through Douglas elementry, we went to get the bike and helmet the next day only to find it was a much smaller bike than what she needed. I spoke to the salesman he said the certificate was worth $250 so we could put it towards a bigger bike which the cheapest one was going to cost $350. We didnt have the money at the time so I asked when it expired he told me," never it was already paid for by the school." So months later we came back to see if there was a better selection and her current bike was breaking down and was now told when I handed the certificate to them, that they dont have any record of it and that my certificate was no longer good.I Would never do business with this company it digusts me that they would take the schools money and not honor the certificate. My daughter was so happy that she won, only to find out we were dealing with crooks and she wouldnt recieve the bike.

I bought the bike it was $600 the guy never mentioned that I need a special bike pump for the special innertubes the day after I got it the tire went flat he said come on up here Ill give you an air coupler instead of asking me to bring it up to fix it if I could have given him zeros I would have Ive had the bike now for a year and a half and I have to air the tire up every single time I write it Im so unsatisfied I wish I wouldve went to Al Petri please do not go into this place I went in here to buy a bike later with my autistic kid and he told my son he wasnt allowed on the bikes that he could damage something the hours on the building are wrong also they can do all the minor stuff but they cant get your bike together properly

If I could have rated this place with ZERO stars, I would have. This is the worst bike shop I have ever walked into. DO NOT GO HERE!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! I bought a $700 bike from here and have had nothing but problems with it, even when I bring the bike back in for service they do nothing and are rude. They do not know how to setup your bike. I brought it here several times thinking "next time will be diffrent", yeah right! For now on I will head down the street to D&D or Sweet Bikes out in Canton. DO NOT GO HERE, EVER!!!

My experience/s here have been great so far. Owner goes above and beyond to make customers happy. Takes time to explian things and answer questions without rushing you along. Also very little sales pressure is applied which I like. In the end they didnt have what we were looking for. Rather than pressure us into gear they did have they simply pointed us in a better direction without blowing smoke up our ass. How often does that happen? This is a great bike shop dont hessitate to stop in.

Took my bike in for a tune up and to have a rim straightened and left instructions that if anything else was needed to call me none of the above was done correctly and when I called the manager he said thats how they do it? Rim was not fixed and tune up was lacking I would not recommend this shop!

This place is a dump and the posted hours are wrong. They read 10am to 7pm but there more like when ever i wake my lazy a** up (around noon) till iam ready to go about 5-5:30. dont waste your time this place is a gamble when it comes to being open and odds the odd are not in your favor.

The owner, Robert, was very friendly and very helpful. He took his time explaining everything to us while we were there on multiple occasions. We were able to test the bikes that we were interested in. We bought three bikes and will be going back for one more!

I didnt visit this shop for a bike so much as because I locked my keys in my car. The guy working dug around his shop until he found something that I could use to unlock my door. Great customer service

hes been doing this for 40+ years. knows his craft. fast. courteous. knew just what i needed. didnt try to sell me a new bike when all i needed was $12 worth of bearings... recommend highly.
