I brought my old Schwinn in after letting it sit in my garage, collecting dust for about 12+ years. It needed an entire overhaul, I wasnt sure anyone in town would be able to, or would even want to fix it, but I had heard positive things about the guys there at the Trek Store on Maxtown Road. I took it in and immediately Ryan the manager came over to me and set my heart at ease. He assured me the mechanics would take care of me and get me back on the road in no time. I talked to Mikey, this big tall fella who worked in the back and he had all the special tools a mechanic could hope for. He also wowed me with his stories of all the bikes he had built. I couldnt believe such a young fella could have so much experience cranking wrenches on bicycles. Mikey got my bike all checked in and told me it would be done by the end of the week. A couple of days later I got a call from this other fella named Bryan, he told me my bike was ready to go and that I could come by and get it. I couldnt believe my ears, it was such a quick turn around. I ran over to the store right away and picked my bike up. A nice young man named Sammy checked me out and talked to me about his dogs for a while. It was such a friendly experience. Id definitely recommend this store to anyone who needs some service done to their bike. Just ask for Mikey!

This place the absolute best!!!! Not only do we get outstanding customer service EVERY TIME were there, but the reps have proven that theyre all about getting you on the right bike. My husband and I are new to cycling, and stepped in Trek Westerville for the first time a couple weeks ago. We basically new nothing about the sport or about Trek for that matter. Since then they have continued to educate us and patiently work with us as we grow more and more on our cycling journey. After purchasing a bike from the Dublin store about 2 months ago, I took it to the Westerville store for its first of many free lifetime adjustments that came with the bike. I was greeted with a smile and the manager there, Ryan, was very welcoming even though my bike came from Dublin. The Trek Stores of Columbus have exceeded my expectations on every visit. Im glad I took the time to find a good company to make an investment in. It means a lot to me that their locations work together as a team to take care of customers. Im actually quite overwhelmed by this stores generosity. On two occasions now I have used their mechanics for very small adjustments. (The last one wasnt even bike related, but I suspected a small bike part would solve my problem. It did.) Both times they were no charge and came with great advise and big smiles. You cant help but notice a very natural enthusiasm for biking by the staff. I have also purchased a bike lock there and its very conveniently located near the bike trail and Yabos Tacos. Thats a win win win.... If youre keeping score.

Stephen was very informative on the phone and in the store as well. Ive always wanted a Trek road bike and settled for something else about four months ago. Now I finally got the full carbon Trek road bike I always wanted and Stephen was great at fitting me on the correct size bike. Thats one big mistake I made buying my previous bike. It wasnt a Trek and the customer service was horrible. Thanks Stephen and Westerville Trek for making my dream come true.

I bought a bike from them last August. The experience was very good: they were very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly without any hassle. I took it back in for a tweak today, and really came to appreciate their lifetime adjustment program. The tech fixed it within 10 minutes and had me on my way, even taking the time to explain what he did. I highly recommend them.

Not a Trek fanboy. But they helped out quite a bit. They offered to order and shimano crank set they did not have, 3 weeks!! Was suggested to buy online from a competitor and arrived in 2 days. Very honest!!!!! And will educate you and not try to rip you off. Trek has never been cheap, but hey, thats business. Plus its good to support your local bike shop.

I was about to head out on a ride and realized there was something wrong with my rear brake. Living about a mile from the TREK shop, I peddled on over shortly after they opened for the day. One of the team took a quick look at my bike, immediately analyzed the cause and almost instantly fixed it. I was off and going in not time. THANK YOU!

My wife and I bought bikes online and had a bent wheel, so we took both bikes here for tune ups. Ryan and Brian quickly fixed the wheel and adjusted the brakes, now the bikes ride as smooth and as fast as a gnats sneeze in the breeze. Awesome work, guys, and the price was better than expected. These guys know what theyre doing!

I brought in a non-trek Bike with a few problems .... The Tech support guys looked up parts online, adjusted the rear brake disc, put air in the tires, and checked the trueness of the wheels. They sell very good stuff for example bike shoes bike racks bike cup holders and bike racks for your car and many other more. If you want good bikes I would recommend coming to trek. Today I got an awesome bike from trek.
