After trying 2 other bikes shops in the area Sweet Bikes went out of their way to search out and order the part I needed for my disc brakes and did so in a hurry. Other shops basically told me "we dont have the part you need" and "We cant get it that fast". No only did Sweet Bikes find the part I needed, they ordered it quickly and installed if the same day it arrived. They understood my urgency since I was heading up north for a big ride the day the part arrived. Great Service! They have a decent selection of bikes, with a good variety, and will order almost anything you want quickly. Yes they only stock quality bikes but if you want a "cheap" bike go to Wal-Mart. They also stock a good selection of bike repair parts and riding gear but can order whatever you need. Overall I was really impressed with the service that I received. These guys were super great from the minute I walked in. They have earned my business!!

Seth provides personalized service and a good value/price points, he is also flexible and doesnt just sell and service bikes, he maintains relationships. I noticed a lady gave a 1 star review because some "blonde kid" working at the time told her she had a cheap target bike,... well, thats kind of hard to believe, but even if it did happen, its very unfair to judge Seths entire shop for a careless remark one if his less-tactful employees may have said. A better course of action would have been to ask for the manager and let him know how badly this employee was handling his clientele, I bet you Seth would have set him straight and taken proper care of you. IF I was you I would give this shop another try, they have not disappointed me since I moved in the area 3 years ago.

My 10 year old son received a brand new Schwinn bike from his grandpa a few months ago. The bike was over $300 and purchased at target. Unfortunately a bolt and another piece came out. My husband took it up to this place to see if they could fix it. My husband explained to the young blond headed kid working in the store today what the bike model was and the exact issue and the kid told my husband he would look at it. My husband then went and retrieved the bike from the car and the kid looked at the bike and said we only sell high end bikes here and do not fix Walmart bikes. Absolutely horrible customer service. So sweet bikes is only for people who have a lot of money to throw at them and NOT a place that can do a simple bike repair. Absolutely terrible!!!!!!

Awesome and honest shop! Im kind of a newbie to mountain biking and took my bike up there for an issue. Rather than selling me parts or even trying to sell me a new bike (both of which would have been very easy for them to do), the owner/mechanic told me my crank just needed to be lubed and to ride this bike until Im ready for "more bike." No extra charge outside of the tuneup I took it in for. Its hard to find honesty when it comes to specialty shops and mechanics, so when I find it I try to let everyone know. I rarely write google reviews, but feel like this is one worth writing. Will definitely be returning in the future! Theyve earned a customer for as long as I can be one!

Amazing customer service! My boyfriend and I were looking for mountain bikes. We are beginners and Emily was able to help us find great bikes. She provided lots of information to help us. Emily allowed us to test ride the bikes along and trail to ensure they felt right for us. Even though it was close to closing time we did not feel rushed. We spent a good amount of money, which i probably would have been more hesitant to spend had it not been for the quality of service we received. Definitely will be back and recommend to others.

Im not sure why people have given this store poor reviews. Ive taken my sons cheap bike in and theyve not only fixed it, but did one thing for free while fixing it. I was told what was wrong with it and also told what could wait to be fixed, (it was pretty beat up). When I took my high-end bike in, they fixed it quickly and for a reasonable price. Ive dealt with the husband and the wife. The husband was super overworked one time I went in, so he didnt have a Rainbow Brite attitude, but he also wasnt a jerk, just seemed tired.

Arrived at buisness at about closing time.the store was locked. (With customers inside). The management wouldent open the door for me, however they opened the doors up for customers after me. Spoke to manager he had a poor attitude saying hes open 130 hours a week. He makes appointments for after hours thats why he closes early on Wednesday.

ended up here looking for some answers on going from a 2x10 setup to a 1x10 on my mtb and what I found was a guy named Seth he was helpful knowledgeable and very polite, they upgraded my bikes drivetrain and the work was flawless,if you are looking for a bike or bike repairs look no farther this is the only place to go,

Great little bike shop with fair prices. Seth is a nice guy and great mechanic. The other mechanic there (sorry, dont remember his name) is also outstanding. Emily is outgoing and provides exceptional customer service. Ive dealt with these guys several times and Ive never been disappointed.

Ehh... not crazy about this place. Not a good selection of parts, and no help with fitment or advise on proper selection. At least the return was smooth. If I was nearby and needed something simple, I would go here. Anything requiring expertise, I would go elsewhere.

I was treated horribly by this shop. Honestly, I could write an entire article about how poorly I was treated,cheated and disrespected. But I will leave you with a simple warning. Go to another shop for cheaper prices and humane service. You wont regret it.

I brought in my bike for a minor fix and tune up. They estimated it would take 2 days. However, my bike was ready to go later that day. I was very happy with the repair, price, and speed of service. I would recommend this shop and Ill be back next time.

True mom and pop bike store. Where else can you buy a townie, a fat bike, a bad ass race bike or your childs first bike and get a killer espresso all in the same place. Its a pretty special place.

I am a beginner cyclist and came to Sweet Bikes to have my bike assembled. Very basic beginner road bike nothing fancy but they did an excellent job. Prices were great and the staff was very nice.
