Amazing shop! The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to finding the best fit bike for your needs! Owner Paul and Manager Ron run a great business and will get you on the right path with what youre looking for. Go see Taylor or Chris in the fit studio to be fit for a bike and once you find what bike you like best, they already have your info/measurements so you leave with the bike all set up for you and you only! The entire Fraser Bicycle family is amazing takes care of you as their own! I got a cyclocross bike and got fit for it so its fit me! You cant go wrong! Need to get your bike tuned up or brought in for maintenance? Fraser is it! They wont try to sell you unneeded parts and only sell you on whats recommended AFTER they look over and examine your bike to see what the problem is. Theyll even tell you what you have time to fix. Something should be replaced eventually, but not necessarily right then. Honesty in sales is a huge factor to me. Fraser made my buying experience a great and awesome time as I was shown and explained differences from bike to bike and narrowed down what I was looking for. I learned a lot from Taylor, bike me mechanic Jeremy and Emily on the sales floor. Go check out Fraser Bicycle! You wont be disappointed.

My wife and I had looked around to find a local store to buy a hybrid/mountain bike for both of us and from start to finish we had a great experience with help on various options for bikes as well as racks. Of course after choosing the bikes one was as of yet unassembled and given it was a holiday weekend we were hoping to be able to use our new bikes , they said they would try and give us a call of course within an hour and a half later they called us and our bikes were both ready. Stores like this are why it pays to work with a knowledgeable but also caring team. I just got back from our first ride and the bikes are amazing and I am one happy customer! Thanks!

I came into Fraser Bike Shop looking for a new saddle for my mountain bike. I was fortunate enough to have Chris wait on me, and he spent two hours "tweaking" my bike to help it fit me better. I had purchased it from a different bike shop (American Cycle & Fitness), and their sales people never bothered to properly fit me. If it wasnt for Chris, I would still be trying to ride a bike that was all wrong for me. Thank you, Chris. Thanks, too, to Melissa for helping fit me for the correct saddle. I live about 60 miles away from Fraser Bike Shop, but Ill never shop anywhere else again! Barb

Absolutely fabulous bike store! Taylor Rogers, does the bike fit and is an expert at making sure your bike fits your specific requirements. Hes knowledgable in not just the mechanics of the bike, but also the human element. He went above and beyond what I paid for and couldnt be more satisfied. He brings a value to the store that cant be replaced. The store has a wide variety of bikes for every age. The accessories are limited, but they have them. If you need a bike, Fitting, Accessories or mechanic, I would highly recommend this store.

I had high hopes for this bicycle shop, but I wouldnt recommend it for the casual cyclist or beginner. I asked some admittedly newbie-type questions of the saleswoman and was treated like I was stupid. They also tried to "upsell" me on all kinds of accessories before I had even selected a bike and without even asking if I already had those accessories. I ended up at American Cycle and Fitness and their staff is much friendlier when dealing with customers.

Bought some Specialized Tires. They are actually charging over MSRP on the tires they carry... Its like they factor out the shipping costs were I to order these direct from Specialized, and then bill me just under that cost. Im all for the store turning a profit, but they are already buying well under MSRP, so this strategy is simply to make as much $ as possible off the customer. I wont be buying another thing from this shop.

My wife and I just purchased two "low-end" hybrid bikes from them yesterday. Im hesitant to say "low-end" because the bikes we choose are fantastic quality. The sales lady we had was great and answered all of our questions. Not once did I feel pressured to buy, and they even kindly gave us discounts on the bikes AND on accessories. Staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and non-pushy. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Ive purchased several bikes there, and Ron and Chris are always a great help. I also really appreciate the expanded products and services they offer for triathletes, although they go beyond most of their clients needs. My only bad experience there was when the owner goofed up a service order on my bike, but gratefully I was headed out of town, so the delay didnt interfere with any riding.

Tonight is the second time I visited. First time was to straighten a wheel, and tonight to replace a tube. I dont own fancy bikes like they sell, but they very promptly fixed my problems on my junker bikes and did other minor tweaks to make my kids happy. I thought they were reasonably priced to have a pro take care of it for me so fast and correct.

We bought a pair of road bikes here and the experience was great. Chris spent a few hours fitting us to the bikes and they all ended up staying after hours a little bit to finish up. We drove a long way to buy from them and it was worth the trip.
