How unfortunate, been going to this store for years and Ive seen it go down hill ever since. They dont seem to care about their employees since they cant seem to hang onto one for any longer than a few months. Ive seen the ENTIRE staff change multiple times. Theyve gone from knowledgeable, wonderful, interested employees to those that are now mostly clueless about cycling and equipment. The store has been reduced, literally cut in half, fine perhaps the market isnt strong enough to support the floor space. However, the equipment theyve decided to stock makes it obvious that theyre ONLY concerned about profitability. This was at one time a really good store but now I wouldnt recommend it.

I have very bad experience here. Have been to the shop couple of times and never found a salesperson who is willing to talk. As if they are least bothered about business. The staff just keep roaming around in the shop doing their own stuff and never approach to ask if Im looking for anything. I dont have much knowledge about bikes and went there rather than picking up a bike from a retail chain with the hope that I will be able to speak to the experts who will help me to select the perfect bike for me. I havent bought my bike yet but wont go back here.

They cant answer simple questions because they only have one guy that actually knows bicycle parts. If you have questions dont call on saturdays (most convenient day for customers) or Monday-Friday after 3pm because no one will be able to help you. They need new staff really bad. Plus they all have bad attitudes.

Best shop Ive been to in the Detroit metro area by far! They have a huge stock of road bikes and everything you need for them. Tune and repair shop is open to the rest of the showroom so the guys will walk right out and help you find what you need. Cant wait for it to warm up so I have an excuse to go back!

Horrible experience here. I am an avid cyclist and this place sold my friend a bike that was over 1k and hes already had to go back three times because these mechanics dont know how to put a bike together. I will be telling people about this place and I am livid!

Great selection of products. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help with questions. Francisco is a great mechanic and super friendly. The prices are also hard to beat, especially with my performance points. My favorite bike shop.

Just bought two new bikes from these guys. The bikes are perfect. Everything about the experience was positive. Dave, Brian and crew are all super chill and helpful. Very professional. Its so nice to have a neighborhood bike shop thats so excellent.

Salesperson was knowledgeable however, he didnt want to elaborate and share any information. Yes and no answers are unacceptable. Ill try the other location and hope that employee isnt working at there when I visit.

It is so nice to have a decent assortment of parts, tools, etc so that if you need it to ride, you can get it. Nothing worse then walking into a shop and having them say, id have to order it.
