I purchased a Specialized Crosstrail Disc at the end of June, and as of this writing, have put over 650 miles on the bike. The bike has lived up to expectations, and I am still adding accessories and making adjustments to get it to fit my needs perfectly. Last week, my suspicions about the crank being loose were confirmed, and Ron (visiting the Canton store, normally from Fraser) found the issue, ran through the adjustments, and got me back on the road. The problem began to resurface again, and this time being nearer to Fraser, the staff there also checked the crank (tightening it up slightly), and also noticed one of the pedals was slightly bent. I left the store with a pedal upgrade, gratis. Both stores have gone out of their way to bend over backward to make certain Im happy with the purchase. It is rare to find businesses these days willing to take the time to provide support after the sale. Fraser Bicycle is one of the "good guys" out there in the cycling world.

Im pretty sure I like the product, but I wouldnt know for certain. I came here from the Ann Arbor store today because apparently they had two bikes in stock I was looking for. I walked in and browsed a little, and no one approached me. Its mid afternoon and there was one other customer. A few more people came in and were helped. This is probably a one-off, but a simple hello- even if youre busy - can go a long way. Disappointing.

Simply a great staff from sales, to fitting, to service. Always super friendly and approachable, never tried to sell me something I didnt need - just bikes I end up loving! The service staff always help me out in a pinch, and return my bike functioning like new.

Id recommended purchasing from here but dont take your bike for servicing...2 weeks for a new tube and truing up tires is ridiculous! Michigan summers are short enough.
