I got two tattoos done by Dave at Eternal in December and was not impressed. He was unprofessional and theres no way Id go back. Dave never introduced himself or bothered to ask me my name. I also like to be in the room when the tattoo artist is setting up the guns so that I know theyve been sterilized and all that. He made me wait out in the waiting room - I still have no idea why. On top of all that, BOTH TATTOOS ARE SLOPPY. I went into Eternal because Id heard good things about it. I was trying to get two tattoos: one was a single word in my own handwriting and the other was two words in a font that I wasnt sure about yet. When I went in there I planned on going through each artists book to see whose style I thought would work best.. I wasnt set on getting it done that day, I just wanted to check out my options first. When I walked in they assigned me a tattoo artist who wasnt busy at the time (Dave). I didnt want to be rude and I thought that since he worked there he couldnt be too bad, so I gave it a shot. Instead of doing the tattoo in my own handwriting, which he couldve easily traced, he insisted on rewriting it himself. When I told him the first time that it wasnt close to what Id drawn, he seemed irritated. The same thing happened with the second tattoo and he even said "I dont think were seeing eye to eye on this." I thought about walking out and now wish I had. We finally worked out the font on the second tattoo, and my first tattoo was close to what Id drawn, so I said it was fine and we started. For the second tattoo, I only wanted the outline of the letters. He finished that and then said it looked incomplete and that he thought it would look better with shading. I was hesitant but agreed when he said he would add a little bit to the top and bottom of each letter. The tattoo was on my shoulder so I couldnt see exactly what he was doing, but when I looked down hed filled in almost the entire thing and left a skin tone strip through the middle - not at all what Id wanted. It looks like a biker tattoo which is not at all what I wanted. He didnt bother to ask me how I felt about it. I feel like both of my tattoos he designed how he would want them to look on him, which is stupid because he isnt going to have them on him for the rest of his life. He seemed insulted when I wanted my tattoo in my own handwriting. I even offered to write it on the stencil paper and he was like "No I can do it." It was totally unprofessional and he seemed like a stubborn little boy. I get that part of it was my fault, but youd think that after however many years Dave would be more professional. I was not impressed and absolutely wont be coming back.

Clean and professional! The shop is nice and the atmosphere is really up beat! I got tattooed my Michael, he was so awesome. Im returning there for sure. He was extremely nice and up front about everything. Super cool guy, glad I came. My aunt reccomend this place and I highly highly recommend this place to everyone! Great experience and great service. Some of the best art work Ive seen in awhile and they are always friendly, Ive had bad experiences at other shops where they were all just a bunch of jerks.

I remember going here a few months back for my first tattoo. I thought the tattoo artist was going to give me crap and dont want to waste his time with me, but when I walked in the guy treated me how I would treat anyone who gives respect. I told him this was going to be my first tattoo , but he still was patient with all the questions I asked. I got the tattoo it was better than I thought and he was a chill dude. Definitely recommend for first tattoo or find a new artist.

I havent gotten a tattoo but Sam did do my piercings. She did both my industrial bar and navel piercing on the same day. It didnt hurt at all. Shes soo friendly and a perfectionist. Sam will also honestly tell you if your anatomy for the piercing isnt correct. I will definitely go see her for all my piercings. They are expensive but i would rather pay more and have a great experience. I LOVE SAM!

I cant speak for the tattoo artists, but Samantha has pierced my nose and my bellybutton. She is so nice and welcoming. She has no problem answering any questions. Shes such a perfectionist, which is exactly what you want, since she marked the spot for both piercing a few times making sure it was absolutely flawless. You will not leave disappointed. I recommend her to everyone!

Just had a tattoo done by Matt Black. Im extremely happy with the service, price, and environment at Eternal Tattoo. He was enthusiastic to tattoo the art I brought and made suggestions to make it look even better on my skin. It was refreshing to see all of the employees be respectful and accommodating to anyone that walked through the door. Great staff and tattoos.

Went in for a replacement nose ring. I called before going and spoke to Jessica and when I got to the shop I was impressed with how clean and professional it was both the shop and staff. Jess was helpful, great and sweet. If your looking for a tattoo and piercing shop stop by Eternal and ask for Jessica for piercings. Shes the one with the awesome pink hair :D

Honestly, dont waste your time or money anywhere else. Go to Eternal and see Tom Beste and I guarantee you will have one of the greatest looking tattoos ever afterwards. Not only is the man an amazing artist, he is a genius and he also helped me come up with an even better design than what I had originally came in with.

I call to make a appointment & get told i have to come in to make the appointment then go back in for the session, I have more then one tattoo and usually u make the appointment then come in for the tat. Hopefully fixed soon. But the people on the phone were more then nice!!!

Samantha did my industrial piercing and I was so happy with it! She was very nice, and sterilized everything. She was very neat, and extremely nice. Im getting my lip pierced in a few days and going back here. Very nice and clean and welcoming place!
