I went here to get my nose pierced about 7 years ago and had a great experience, so I chose to go back a couple months ago to get the other nostril pierced, and I wasnt entirely pleased. Even though the piercer spent a couple minutes just trying to get the placement of the new piercing to match up with the other side, he didnt use a clamp, and the guy who did the other nostril did use one, so the needles from each piercing went through at different angles and Im not completely happy with the way it looks. Not to mention, he didnt even give me a countdown or anything, he just told me to take a deep breath and then shoved the needle through without any warning, which didnt personally bother me, but I know that many people wouldnt appreciate that. The new piercing doesnt look terrible, but my whole purpose for getting both sides pierced was so that I could wear a hoop on each side, but now I have to wear a hoop on one side with a stud on the other because you can clearly see how uneven the piercings are when I wear the same type of jewelry on either side. That being said, everyone was friendly for the most part, the service was quick and moderately priced, and the environment and equipment used were sanitary, so Im not entirely disappointed with my experience, I just wish that it would have worked out the way I wanted it to.

I would not recommend anyone to go rockstar. everyone there is always so rude. I got my tongue pierced there, the guy never even put a dot on my tongue or ask me if the placement was okay. he didnt explain anything about the piercing. 4 weeks go by, my tongue is still extremely swollen. (normal healing time is about 1-2 weeks). so I go back there and have them look at it. guy barely even looks at my tongue and tells me its fine and to come back in 2 weeks of its still swollen. 2 weeks go by, I decide to go to another tattoo place and have someone else look at it. turns out IM TOUNGE TIED and the guy didnt even care to look before piercing me. thats why my tongue was not healing. being tongue tied, he couldve done some SERIOUS damage to my tongue and permanently gave me nerve damage or permanently mess up my speech. seriously, DO NOT GO TO ROCKSTAR FOF ANYTHING. go somewhere that will actually care about you and the piercing.

Ive been here several times triple foward helix & septum done here& most recently got my vertical labret pierced, they pierced me with a 16 Guage and a jewelry curved barbell that was too short 1/2 inch. It dug a hole in my lip & nearly ruined my piercing. I suffered for days with the jewelry until I paid for 5/8 and 9/16 curved barbell online on amazon and went somewhere else to get them to put in the 5/8 curved barbell. Before that I was in extreme pain. When they pierced my lip. It was obvious the barbell was too short for my big lips & it looked painful. Yet they let me leave like that. The guy piercing my lip seemed angry & was very rude and impatient . Wouldnt allow my friend to video record my experience. Staff are really rude & unwelcoming. I definitely wouldnt go there for a tattoo. Smh

HORRIBLE. Guy botched both my septum and nose piercing, he put the septum too far back, and my nose piercing too far up. DO NOT GET PIERCED THERE!!!! Oh yeah, went str8 through my cartilage that hurt like HELL. I kept telling everyone the piercings looked off, and they did. I went to two different piercing studios and they all agreed. Very unappeasing to look at. In order to put a hoop in, it had to be like the size of a planet. My septum clicker just looked goofy. He didnt take time to feel for the "sweet spot" or anything. completely careless with his work.I put photos of the septum piercing, which also shows how high up the nostril piercing was :(

My experience here was by far the worst, I came here back in 2011 and got my navel piercing, I dont remember the piercers name exactly but he was the worst I ever had, he didnt even tell me how to do anything before he touched me didnt tell Me how to clean or nothing, the young girl at the counter had to tell me how to clean the piercing.... I will NEVER recommend this place... They seriously suck BUT I will say the shop is very clean and the staff is very nice..

Went there for the first time a few years ago with my girlfriends and we all got the same tattoo. We had such a great experience that I came back for my nose ring. I had Joey for my piercer and he was great! He was very thorough from beginning to the end. He explained so much in detail. The only thing he forgot to mention was the salt washes but that was on the paperwork so I called just to verify. Would definitely go back and recommend them.

One of the workers called me poor just cause I said it cost a lot for a tattoo there. They might not be bad but, I rather go to anywhere else to get a tattoo who are less rude about my situation. Its like he thought I want to start something by saying thats alot. I treat people the same anywhere and everywhere I go ,but I dont get treated in the same respect. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF U WANT A NEW TATTOO!

Unprofessional. I made an appointment for my girlfriend as a sweetest day gift days ago for today at 1. The artist called to see if we could come early due to another client rushing we did we would try. We arrived 5 minutes prior to and he asked us if we could come back later so he could tattoo someone else at 130. We left. This was a gift...an appointment was made. This ruined the gift and day.

This a very professional business. From the receptionist to the artists and the owner, they all work very hard at providing complete customer satisfaction. Im so happy about the tattoos Ive gotten here. And I will definitely be returning here for my next tattoo!

Mark did my first tattoo today and he was so nice. He made me feel comfortable and talked to me the entire time. He helped me figure out what I wanted and he did an amazing job. He even stayed after closing to do it. 10/10 would get another tattoo from him.

I got my piecing done their by David and the whole experience was super he asked me if I liked them and showed me how to clean then I got my ears pierced 3 or 4 times at Clairs and they put them it the wrong place I highly recommend rockstar for piercing

I had Corey as my tattooist/piercer and Mark as a piercer. My experience was absolutely amazing and as a person getting a first tattoo- Corey is the man. Very gentle when he needs to be! Everyone is so nice and become great friends after frequent visits!

The staff at the desk are fantastic. I get my piercings done by Mark, he has done a great job. He is very fast and thural. He makes sure that the balls are on very tight. All around they are awesome people!!
