Deb, in response to the previous review posted by a family member... We love your store and Jill was an incredibly helpful salesperson. We love the pieces you offer and were very excited to be making a purchase there. After getting the sectional home, we did notice a rub mark on one of the pieces. I called and spoke with Jill asking her if she had any suggestions as how to fix it before I just tried on my own. She recommended sending an email to you requesting a repair, which I did. I will also point out that I never accused you or your staff in that email, it was just the request to have the repair looked at. The problem I have is not with the furniture, or how the repair is going to be handled - it is with the way you responded. "Hi Jennifer. Well, it wasnt like that when it left the store today. I stood behind each piece to unplug it for the guys. That is a fresh damage issue. They put all 3 pieces into the pickup truck. My guess it that it rubbed against the truck." I was in no way pointing fingers. The sectional was a floor model and the damage could have just as easily had been done while there. My husband is very experienced at moving furniture. His response to your accusation was that you unplugged the furniture from the other side of the sectional and that he never loaded the pieces where that area would have even come in contact with the truck bed. Again - its not where the fault lies but in the lack of people skills in handling customer service. The solution of getting a swatch of material and also getting a quote from your upholsterer that you offered is agreeable to us. We just wish it could have been done with a little more understanding toward customers who just spent a lot of money in your store and less finger pointing.

This store has the worst customer service of any store I have ever shopped. The owner treated me with great disrespect by hanging up on me when I inquired about the late, late delivery of the item that I had purchased. I will never set foot in any of her stores again. Also, the table that I purchased (Ashley furniture) is of extremely poor quality. I had not owned the table for more than two weeks when the finish started wearing and chipping off. Shopping at this store is a no brainer...DONT DO IT!!!

Great furniture at decent prices! We bought a beautiful sectional from this store. There was a small tear in the fabric but we were assured it was covered under warrenty. The damage in furniture was not the issue that we had, it was a very minor tear in the sofa. The issue was the response of the owner and the very rude way she handled our questions and concerns. Because of this, will not recommend a purchase from this store.

I have had the most wonderful experience shopping and purchasing with Our Place to Yours. Knowledgable, kind and friendly service, helpful with ideas for a difficult room to decorate. I always try to support local business when I can, and happy to say you have a forever customer!

Very good selection. Very easy to deal with. No pressure, with plenty of time to look around at everything. Also they offered to order furniture with no obligation to simply see if you like it. With all of the auto sales mentality on furniture stores it is great to actually enjoy the experience. Would, will, and have recommended them already.
