We ordered furniture there six months ago and they told us 2 to 4 weeks. We still dont have it. Some of it came damaged. The rest didnt come at all. We spent over $20,000 in that store and still dont have what we paid for. They wont refund our money and they have no way of telling us when we might actually get it. Its like they took my 20 grand and said hey will get to you someday. Maybe.

I had placed an order for a desk chair at Arhaus Ann Arbor. Due to an inventory system mess up, the chair did not show up and was back ordered. The manager of the store was kind enough to locate a chair for me and had it delivered promptly. Great service and I appreciate the quality of the furniture and the quality of the service.
