I recently bought a mattress that I paid over a grand for, and expected some kind of a reach out from the company to see how I was adjusting to the new mattress( which I have received before in the past from other companies and got my hopes up that they would do they same) and I havent heard a word from anyone. Then when I went back to the store to say that it wasnt the right fit, they told me to wait 30 days which I did and still felt like maybe more time would help so I gave it three months, which seemed reasonable to me. Then would I called a second time I was told that I waited too long basically and to buy a pad for more comfort and hope that it works. I am very dissatisfied and still having to pay on a mattress that I hate. However, with that being said, I did appreciate the professionalism of the sales rep and thought he was very knowledgeable.

This is the worst store, do not buy from here. They will lie to you about what you are actually purchasing to make a sale. The management doesnt care that youve been lied to by their employees. Save your money and go elsewhere.

We were informed that Art Van delivery employees would remove our old sofa and place them where we want them but after delivering our new sofa they refused to remove our old sofa. Please salesperson, please dont misspeak!
