Bought an entire bedroom set from these folks. Terrible experience. TERRIBLE. I wish now that I had spent a bit more money and dealt with better folks. I called on the day before it was to be delivered to ask for a time and they had no idea it was supposed to be delivered. They had neglected to schedule it at all. After much wrangling they scheduled it for sometime the next day; I had to call several times the next day before a delivery finally showed up at nearly 6PM in the evening. 30 minutes earlier they called to tell me that two of the pieces got damaged when they put them on the truck and I would have to wait for replacements. I had to drive to the store on multiple separate occasions to remind them that I was still waiting on two more piece; took me 3 weeks to get them because they would forget that I was expecting them. They would get in a piece and never call me to tell me. Then they did it a second time on the other piece. Every single time I have ever called them on the phone they put me on hold and their phone system drops the call after being on hold for 2 minutes. Super nice people in person; just simply incompetent.

Most disrespectful group of people I have ever dealt with! I have bought from them TWICE now and I will never buy from them again and I used to recommend people to them. ABSOLUTELY will never recommend anyone to them again. Horrible customer service. They cuss at you and make you feel its your fault because their CC system is down when you call to make your payment on time. They then say they will charge you a 25.00 late fee because they cant take your payment when you call to pay it ON TIME! ABSURD!

Im dont recommend to this place terrible customer service waiting to long on the phone just to make a payment ! Bed frame broke few weeks later took forever and dont want make payments on the broke bed frame to they come fix it they try to said " we can go to court house " and make me pay since they dont got my bed fix yet

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. It is extremely horrible that they hire people that treat customers so bad. I am writing this as I sit here on hold with them, it has now been 19 minutes. I hate that I chose them to buy my furniture.

Customer service is horrible. The lady I spoke with was very rude and disrespectful. And honestly I wouldnt have any of my friends or family buy from them. Worst experience ever. And then to top it off dont call them. You will be on hold forever.

ordered a ton of furniture on 11/20. Staff was awesome and took great care of us. Even got a free turkey for Thanksgiving!
