I will never shop in this store again for jewlery. My fiance bought me a beautiful ring that needed to be sized to an 8 and a half. They sent it out it came back 3 weeks later in a size 9! So they had to resend my ring to get it sized again to the correct size, they also put a rush order on it. Going on 3 weeks again and my ring is still not back, when i speak to the staff they say they r unsure of what process its in and dont know when it will be in. It is about 4 weeks over the estimated time of being done. I have never wrote a review but i am so upset about the experience i have weny through with all of the business i give to this store.

The best hair salon experience Ive ever had was at the JCPenney salon! Ginny is the best. I wasnt entirely satisfied with the color of my ombré the first time, and she redid it for free! It turned out perfectly - just how I wanted it. Five stars - I 107% recommend! The people are so kind and talented at what they do.

I dont know why I havent learned my lesson buying watches at JCP. All 3 of the completely different watches that I have purchased here I have needed to bring back for repairs within a month of the initial purchase. and it takes 4 WEEKS to repair it. Unreal. Last time I buy a watch from here.
