Low stock always and employees act like you are always bothering them. Never asked anyones opinion and they told me the color I chose was unpopular and weird. Asked if they had my size at any other store said no offered to order them for me and ship them for free. I had to pay upfront just the same as ordering my self on the website . No other options for all 6 pairs of pants I wanted. I called another nearby store myself guess what all the pants were available. Even with the managers assistance Allen park couldnt find them . Also these pants pill very badly even before I washed them just from a day of wearing them garbage clothes and garbage people

Old Navy is a staple store for me and I love the location! I can stop here before heading home from work and get everything I need in a short period of time. The employees are very helpful and nice. I also think the organization of the store is simple but logical. I am a loyal customer of Old Navy!

My Daughter received a couple of gifts from Old Navy, I dont have a receipt. The return policy is terrible, I couldnt exchange for a different size, or get a gift card. They have to mail me a certificate to purchase at a later date. Never shopped here, and dont plan to in the near future.

Always love this place! I Really loved their maternity clothes, they were very reasonable, & always in style. Baby/Kids clothes are adorable, true to size and practical outfits with very reasonable prices Same for women/Juniors & Men I buy clothes for both my teen son & my hubby here

There are only 5 buggies available for customers, so i had to attempt to shop while carrying a 10 month old. Some items in clearance section were not on sale etc.... Did save some money using my coupon!

I like the ease of shopping Old Navy. Especially when looking for something specific - you can see what they have on a quick walk through. Logical layout.
