I went in with a concern about product wear on a pair of tights that I have had for over a year. Not only were they willing to help me out with an exchange, they assisted with explaining the purpose of the fabrics, the fit I should go for based on the activity and advised me to size accordingly. All of the associates were helping me try to pick out the right tights and offering suggestions. I was also able to get a pair that had better features, were more expensive AND they were a size smaller than I usually get (yay!). This company gets a bad rap for high prices, see through gear and sometimes non-helpful associates. I have not found any of those to be true. I am an avid Lulu fan because of the quality of the product, they stand behind their warranty and helpful associates like this. Thank you!

Company is awful on return policy! Got a gift there and could not exchange it for my true size! Because a week past return policy....and the managers there are also unfriendly. Would not recommend this company. That was my first and last experience. Told my whole yoga class to buy somewhere else!

Store was a mess, staff was not helpful. Very disappointing.... lulu may want to take a harder look at store appearance, and employees working there. Paying for high end clothing, high end service should be a given.
