I shop at Rue21 for both my kids very often. Well about 3 weeks ago my Dad and I were at this location and were EXTREMELY RUDE to my Dad. They went to even throwing his items from one counter to the other. We should of been able to use a coupon and she refused. So we payed for our stuff and spent $100 . We went to the Woodhaven location were I usally shop and they apologized and fixed it. These employees at Soutland need some training how to treat customers. Will never go back to this location.

My daughter absolutely loves this store. There is always something on the clearence racks that fits her. She can spend around $20 here and walk out with 3 shirts or more at this place sometimes.

The light skinned black looking girl with nappy hair is super RUDE , along with the other white girl . DO NOT RECOMMEND. there are plenty of other afgordable places around the mall to shop at. !
