Okay Im only giving this a 3 star rating because I use to love this store back when there were more options to choose from and the material wasnt cheaply made. I often find myself wondering to this store because I hope I get a better experience than before but I often find myself disappointed. Lets start off with the workers are all terrible every time I walk in there nobody is to be found and nobody talks to you they either are having side conversations with coworkers, on their phones, or just folding clothes with the nastiest looks on their faces. I have not been helped not once here and all of the workers are just emotionless hipsters. Second there is very little to choose from most of the stuff they carry is borderline the same thing so I can never find anything that is different there. Also the material of the clothing has gotten very cheap like come on now Forever 21 I buy something and it rips in a matter of days very poor quality I use to buy all of my clothes there yeah not no more.... Im highly disappointed and wont be spending my money where the company just doesnt give a damn anymore... very sad customer. XX
