What a joke, buying the dress was a super experience! But all of the problems with alterations have been horrible. The first fitting that we had was all of 10 minutes because the lady said she had a good idea what needed to be done for shoulder straps and to reattach some of the beading. Second appointment was called the day of, mind you I live 3 hours and 10 minutes away, 25 minutes before my appointment time and told my dress was not done and needed to reschedule. I told the lady calling me I just drove 3 hours and she said OK come in I finish it for you. When I arrived they still were working on the straps. After a 20 minute wait she let me try it on, an it was way to tight in the shoulders, the straps were gouging me. I explained this and she said I was allergic not to tight. I told her this wasnt acceptable. She said come back one more time she would fix this. I scheduled my last fitting for Saturday June 27 at 11:30. This is the last time before my wedding that I can come . On Thursday I received a phone call from the alteration store and they said I needed to change my appointment time they would be closed on Saturday because of the street fair. I explained this was my last weekend I could come and they agreed to keep my appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment only to fine another patron waiting for her 11:00 time. The alterations ladies never showed. We called and called to no avail. What type of dress shop does this to their customers. Shame on you. Calling today I cant talk to the owner-she is out for another couple of hours. Whose is going to help me????

The alterations process for my wedding gown have been one of the worst experiences i have ever had in my entire life. This happened between the months of March and June of 2015. My wedding dress is still not finished and I am getting married on July 18th. When i first bought the dress, everything was great. We bought it at the perfect dress and they recommended their seamstress for the alterations. She has sent me away 3 times disappointed, cancelled my appointments 2 times and no showed on the final straw (last time) before i went and got my dress back. Another bride was there to witness this all. We had to call for 3 days before someone would even return a phone call, and had to wait another day to even get the dress. We had to get the police involved to even get my dress back. EVERYTHING HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID IN FULL! There was no excuse for these actions or this awful treatment. She told me that I was allergic (what the hell?) to my dress when it wasnt right the first time. Also, my mother and I both have asked to speak with the owners and have been denied any email or phone communication. To top all of that off, i still have yet to get a phone call back from when i wasnt contacted about the dress. Awful management.

I came here with my daughters to pick out wedding and bridesmaids dresses. The experience trying on the dresses was pleasant enough. It was the customer service after purchase that was very disappointing. It appears the store is left in the hands of very nice but inexperienced young women who do not have adequate training. One example, when the wedding dress came in I wanted to come try it on but was told that there were no Saturday appointments for "people that have already purchased a dress. Saturday appointments were reserved for potential customers." After asking a series of questions, it turns out that what I actually needed to do was make an appointment with the seamstress and of course I could do that on a Saturday. Another example, I had a color issue with the bridesmaids dresses. I was told that the manager would call the manufacturer and that they would call me back Monday or Tuesday with some sort of resolution. That was a month ago. No one to date has bothered to call. After reading the rest of these reviews I am glad I took my dress to another place for the alterations! I would not recommend this store.

I have had such a horrible experience here !! They dont even deserve one star. As soon as I walked in the dress store wasnt greeted was judged and was rushed and pressured to get a dress. As I was trying on a dres I wasnt sure if I wanted it a worker told me they only had 2 left and when I come back later they wouldnt gaurentee they would have it. So we bought the dress and said it would come in in 2 weeks . After 2 weeks rolled around we called and they said my dress was on back order and wouldnt be here until APRIL!!! MIND U MY PROM WAS IN APRIL ANS THEY KNEW THAT BECAUSE THEY ASKED ME WHEN MY PROM WAS. Me and my mom were furious so we asked for a refund and they said they we couldnt get one so they asked if we could wait and we did. During all of this 2 other girls for the same dress as me !!!!! THEY SAID THEY ONLY HAD 2 LEFT ANS WHWN I BOUGHT ONE THAT MAKES 1 LEFT , they lied about my dress about refunds and about when it would arrive here and when it did arrive it was a week before prom wrinkly and they were very rude to me !!! THE PERFECT DRESS MY ASS!!

When my daughter purchased her dress ever thing was great, they were more than happy to take my money and promise the world. The dress had a mesh bodice and we were guaranteed by our sales lady their seamstress could place lining in it and does it all the time. I set up alteration appointment through their store, went to the alteration lady they sent me to, have a business card that says "alterations by the perfect dress". At the alteration appointment everything went down hill. The Seamtress could not do the lining and the store refused to take the dress back or give a store credit saying the alterations are a separate business and since I took the dress out of the store its a final sale. The problem is they dont let you make an alteration appointment until your dress is paid in full and once its paid in full they make you take it with you. Im now stuck with a $600 dress my daughter cant wear and the store and their managers are full of excuses. I wish there was a negative star rating.

Recently purchased my wedding dress here back in April. Through our layaway contract, we are required to pay $80 a month. My mom made an advance payment in June that would cover the minimum payment required for the months of June-the end of August. Received two phone calls this week from two different workers trying to tell us that we were late on our payments for the months of July & August, even though an advance payment had been made already. And now theyre trying to charge us late fees. When we asked to speak with a manager, we were told she only comes in "from time to time" & the manager, Alicia, has no business number that we can reach her at. None of the workers stories are the same, they all tell us something different each time. This is ridiculous! We shouldnt be required to pay more money or late fees, when weve made advance payments!!!
