The prices here are good and they always have been. The policies and the employees are a different story. First off, this location is under staffed. That creates problems within themselves. Secondly, my wife had a layaway there, and we needed to cancel it, but when we did we were told that we could only get store credit which was something like a $117 worth. Again, the prices are really good the store policies and staffing issues leave something to be desired.

The worst customer service ever. Minimum 30 minute wait in line every time Ive made a purchase at this store. They tell you to call in your lay away box number so they can have everything ready and waiting for you, yet its never ready (picked up 4th and last lay away from today). Then they have the audacity to imply I never called. The store has also became increasingly filthy. Theyve definitely a customer, one of many Im sure.

HUGE store, lots of clothes, styles and brands to choose from. Sometimes it can be a bit unorganized, but not as bad as some of the other Burlingtons in the area. I highly recommend going during non-holiday times and during the week. Lines are handled a lot better at this one as well, as they will have 1 line being serviced by up to 5 or 6 registers to keep things moving!

This store was disgusting! It gave me anxiety just to be in there. Ive been to other Burlingtons, and it seems theyre always a mess, but this one was the worst! I found cute shoes I would have loved to buy but could only find one of each. The aisles are difficult to walk down as they are so cluttered. I doubt Ill ever go back.

The environment was nowhere near being worth the savings. Clothes and items littered the floors, children were running around unattended, and I had to stand in line for 10-15 minutes because the extra cashier was putting hangers on a rack, which seems like something that could be done when the line isnt full of customers.

Well this place is going downhill... It looks like they rearranged the place to try and freshen things up, but theres a real lack of variety inside. The outside and the rest of the strip looks like a warzone, and theres no shortage of size 17 mens shoes - not something Im currently in the market for.

Its consistently trashed. Ive been here multiple times; its not just happenstance. Many areas are disorganized. An item category (say, pajama pants) can be in multiple locations. You never know if what youre looking at is the complete selection. The toy section looks like a tornado went through it.

We find some good stuff here sometimes. Its like any store of this nature. Sometimes you find something sometimes you dont you just have to keep your eye out. They have a ton of inventory. It can be cluttered and disorganized at times, but you can find some great deals here.

Not enough variety, mostly urban brands need to expand more on that, workers and customers have very ghetto attitudes and the place is always a mess! Especially the purse,sunglasses and jewlery aisle, all over the floor,clothes on the floor and dusty dirty.

I dont like not being able to take the carts outside. Staff said it was due to not having male workers to get the carts.... weird... so I cant shop there with all my children because it is too much with the kids & bags. So I avoid the store...

There is an employee that works there, and the way the employee approaches me is a little bit different than most ways someone would approach somebody and I am a minor. Other than that I really like the store itself overall.

No one cleans the bathrooms at all, no one on on the floor, and they have nothing organized. Couldnt even use the toilets because there were feces all over the stalls, toilets, and even on the TP dispenser(really?)

Always can find a bargain in Burlington. Store is a little cluttered as not enough workers to do revovery, however, with the amount of traffic this store gets not sure more would help. Great name brand items.

Its a great place to shop especially if you want good deals on name brand things but the lines can be very long. Its definitely a busy store but if you have time to wait in the lines its worth it.
