First Lady is always my first choice whenever I need to purchase a evening gown. I have been a customer for years; thus, the establishment provides by far the most beautiful dresses in the Metropolitan area. I highly recommend their services to all my friends, family and alterations clients because each experience is better than the prior experience. If you are short on time and need a beautiful gown, First Lady will not disappoint your expectations. From one fashionista to another: solid gold!

Dont spend one red cent in this place... Every last employee is rude and they all have smart mouths!!!! I even asked the younger of the employees why was everyone so mean and unhelpful? Her reply was: "We are just ready for prom season to be over".... Wow isnt that what you specialize in dresses for special occasions???? The dresses are severely over priced and the store is very cluttered.... I will never ever return and encourage everyone I know to never shop here.....

It so sad when the owner is nice but the workers are rude. I did not know that I was only allowed to take 1 dress into the fitting room at a time. when I grabbed 3 dresses to take in with me, the worker scolded me like I was a child. I clearly told her that no one told me and no one helped me. She told me thats okay. Uh its not, thats when me and my mom stormed out. Its sad that I had a rude encounter, the owner did not seem so bad.

My daughters and I walked in on a Saturday looking for a prom dress for my eldest. There were about 4 employees standing around and one other customer in the fitting room. We looked around for about a half hour and not once were approached or asked if anyone could help us. There were a couple pretty dresses but many seemed very outdated. Employees seemed to care less about us and seemed rude.

If I can save one person from heart ache and disappointment then I will be happy. Avoid shopping here at all cost. The employees are very rude and unapproachable. They are all about money and not about customer service. I guess since its a boutique they think they can treat you any kind of way. If you want a nice dress your better off going some where else. Good luck if you shop there.

Rude and crass "lack" of customer service by the sales girl. She is so incredibly tacky that its hard to believe she seriously had an interview for the position she holds. The more mature women who work there are fine, but we were so put off by the lack of professionalism that it was not worth the aggravation to deal with this establishment.
