I have been going to this TJ Maxx for a few years. It ALWAYS was a mess, but now it is the worst TJ that I have ever been in. Clothes all over the floor, shelves empty, no one @ jewelry counter, long lines. I was looking ffor a bathing suit and searched & searched to find my size. They had blouses hanging in a rack over the suits and that made them invisible. No one is watching this store. It actually looks as if they are going out of business.

This store is busy! But their service is wonderful. I have never seen a crabby face on any of their employees. Furthermore, when I asked for a manager recently when I saw a flaw in an item I was interested in purchasing, she stepped up immediately and rectified the problem. Nice place to shop and always good values.

Great selection, big-time discounts, and friendly staff. The lines are always long, but they have plenty of healthy snacks to choose from while you wait and the lines always move pretty quick.

T.J. Max has nice clothes but whenever I try something on they always look at me like Im going to steel something,I dont know if its because Im a Latino but I dont think Ill be coming back .

Awesome clothes and its really great because there is no Marshalls on the hill. Only problem is the rude and messy customers who leave a huge mess and throw clothes on the floor.

Customer service was great and they have more variety of selection than other store. They have more womens clothes and more pet stuff. Overall this store was the best.
