I brought two pair of jeans with the same price, same size but different styles. When I got home I realized that I picked two same style jeans. I immediately went back to the store asking for an exchange. The clerk there said since I was paid by rewards, she wont be able to do the exchange for me. Instead I had to pay the full price and get rewards later. I asked to talk with the manager. The manager came up and said the same thing. I left the store and drove about 5 miles to another Old Navy store and got it exchanged there within 2 minutes with no question asked.

Love the new store & the easy to navigate layout. Always something on sale - dont buy anything at full price because it will be on sale soon!
