Back in December I went into the store asking for assistance in regards to buying coats for our company. I was given the store managers business card and told to contact him. I emailed him the next day (12/18/2013) asking for pricing information on a specific coat. I did not get an answer back until 12/26/2013 and then asked if we could order these coats. I tried again to put an order in on 1/3/2104. I didnt get logo examples until 1/9/2014. Long story short I had to go back into the store to get my order completed and was not able to pickup our coats until 1/22/2014 and the womens coat I ordered was not even there. So I had to go back into the store on 1/29/2014 to pick it up. For being a store manager he was not helpful at all. It almost seemed like since we werent a large order he didnt really care to assist in a timely manner with our winter coats purchase. Although the coats came out beautifully, we will not be utilizing this company again.
