Excellent selection of bikes. That gives them 5 stars. One of their mechanics (very young) is extremely helpful. That gives them 5 stars. One of their mechanics who is heavier set than the younger one and bearded, was not pleasant to deal with. I really wont ever take my bike back to them to work on. That gives them 1 star. Take the average and I get about a 3.5 I ended up buying my own torque tools to deal with carbon bike so I wont have to bring it in to their shop again. I would however, shop there because they do have the best selection of bikes for miles.

Great selection in bikes and gear. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. For me the 2 hour drive to this location just to get repairs is justified by their staff and service.
