Ok, I have a bike with a motor on it. Finding anyone to touch it is tough. But I called, and TOLD them up front. Brand new motor, its never even had gas in it. All I needed done is adjust the rear brake and the rear derailer. NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MOTOR. They said sure. Tuesday I left it, said it should be done by Thursday, at least before the weekend. BUT it would cost me to touch it with a motor. No less than 100.00 at least. ANd I said fine, lets get it done right. Thursday came, I called, they never even started. Too busy. Said maybe next week. I hung up and did a slow burn. WHY not just tell me that when I called, or at least when I showed up willing to be gouged for a lousy brake adjustment. I called back and said just sell me some new cables, noodle, and Ill take it home. 15.00. So doing this myself, the cable is odd. There is a part between the housing and handle the old one doesnt have and it doesnt fit. And there is no way to get it off. So I called asking for a little advice only to be told "once we sell parts we dont do anything more with it, your welcome to bring it in." I said NO. Not when on Tuesday Im told Thursday, and by Thursday no one bothered to even start? Clearly my business isnt worth it to you. When I got the parts I even told the guy I have a 12 speed, (no motor) that needs a TON of work. But first I need to find a shop willing to actually do the work they promise. Business must be good for them that they can afford to blow off someone willing to shell out big bucks. Ill certainly NEVER go back there again.

The guys at Kzoo Swift helped me out when I was in a bad spot and treated me with the best service and did so in a timely manner. I had two bicycles that needed work and I was able to leave one there to be serviced. I let them know what day that I wanted to pick it up and they called me to let me know when it was ready. Sure enough it was ready for me on the day I needed it. I went in and settled the bill and left the other bicycle and I was pleasantly suprised with a phone call from Kzoo Swift saying that the bicycle was ready and that it was a very simple fix. I will always take my bicycles to Kzoo Swift from now on. I appreciate their costumer service and attention to detail. I would recommend that you shop at Kzoo Swift for all your bicycle needs. Thanks Guys for all you did for me. I am very greatful!!!

Its a small shop but they still have a pretty good selection of bikes and their service is pretty good. I brought my bike here not long after I had it at Pedal for some general maintenance and Pedal said everything was good to go but some things didnt feel right and then I got a flat. These guys fixed the flat, have me a good deal on a new tire and then saw that my brakes needed to be replaced which is what I thought but Pedal didnt seem to think so. So had them do that and it took a bit longer than I would have liked to get it all done but some parts had to be ordered and it is a small shop

Went in with my son this afternoon to check it out. The owner was super friendly and helpful. He listened to what our needs and budget were and quickly picked out a couple of bikes for my son to try. He was super helpful while at the same time no pressure. We ended up purchasing a rebuilt bike that my son is totally in love with. He even discounted a couple of small add ons. We couldnt have asked for a better experience!

After speaking with the knowledgeable and friendly owner about my needs, I purchased a rock solid early 90s Schwinn at a rock bottom price. He has a diverse and constantly changing inventory of quality used bikes, and I wont be going anywhere else for services or accessories. I couldnt ask for a better local bike shop and we are very lucky to have such a place in Kzoo.

Ryan fills a void between the stuff from a department store that you can afford but dont want, and the stuff at a high-end new bike shop that you want but cant afford - and when it turns out that you paid a reasonable price for good parts, workmanship or advice, you might find that Swift was what you were really looking for in a local bike shop.

Kzoo swift is awesome! Two years ago they helped me choose the bike that was right for me and fit my budget. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Today I brought it in because I did something stupid and broke it. I tried to fix it and failed miserably. They had it fixed in about 15 minutes and for a very reasonable price.

Went in just to buy a helmet. Asked staff to put air in my tires. He ended up fixing a few things on my bike including the brake. I could instantly feel the improvements when riding. Very helpful and insightful for a novice bike rider like myself.
