Unfortunately, I had a bad experience. Sales associates were nowhere to be found, asked a cashier and waited for 5 minutes for him to page someone. Employee comes out, scans the barcode of product we needed, then disappears without saying a word. ?? We assumed he went "out back" to check for it? We continue walking around store, waiting (not even sure for what) A good ten minutes go by, another employee walks up to us and says "sorry, we dont have anymore." We ended up going to the Fairhaven staples on our way home and the second we walked in an employee greeted us and told us if we need any assistance just let him know. And...they had what we were looking for! So at least it was a happy ending.

The staff is VERY nice. No complaints there. I waited 15 minutes for the printer to spit out a receipt after I made copies. Staples as a whole needs to fix this. 5 minutes I can kind of understand, 15 is insane.
