This store is the WORST place I have EVER shopped at. Not only did I have a hassle of being sold services that they do not offer ( installation) for a dishwasher, when I finally got it installed (privately after having to go to store to get my $230 back for installation which they should not have told me they do) it did not work. Then the owner did not refund me back the correct amount of money and when I spoke up and told another customer in the store about the situation, he threatened to not give mebscj my money until I calmed down. Then after taking my receipts that I asked for back, he gave me the difference, but not before telling me I am not allowed in the store. Do not go here. Bad service, knowledge and a waste of time for appliances that do not work. I am giving NO STARS.

I have never been treated lika a dog until I went to this Sears. There is a female employee who is there all the time and she is the most rude and inconsiderate person I have ever met. She should lose her job for the way she treats people! DO NOT PATRON THIS SEARS.
