Whenever you buy anything at OfficeMax, they hard-core push insurance to you. They definitely give employee bonuses for selling the insurance. Dont be fooled. If you lose the receipt, your warranty is void. Why? Because "their system only goes back 3 months" - so they cant search for your warranty. If you call the corporate office, they wont look it up for you either. You finally are referred to MaxAssurance - the insurance company. There, you are given an automated system. Its almost impossible to get to a human being. Once I went through the automated system, guess what? "We are experiencing technical difficulties. We ask that you try your call again later."... and the system hangs up on me. This shady business is not cool. If I buy a warranty, I shouldnt have to jump through hoops to at least find out if it is still active. Not happy at all.

I ordered prints online to pick up in store. I was given a time to pick them up and when I got there they told me they werent going to start it that day. I went in to make copies a few days later and all three machines were malfunctioning. When I mentioned the issues to someone working, all I got was an OK. I definitely dont recommend the print shop.

They had everything I was looking for while preparing to launch my new business. They even had the bathroom signs I had been looking for. There was plenty of staff available to help me find what I needed and the store was clean, well stocked, and organized.

Great office & printing supply store. Things get done efficiently. Reasonable prices. You can also email your documents that need to be printed. They will print your documents via again email.
