Take the extra time and go to the real apple store in Braintree or Hingham. I went in with a broken charger for my laptop, and they told me it was not covered by my Apple Care protection plan because I had damaged it, and tried to charge me $80 for a new one. I went to the Apple Store in Braintree the next day and they replaced my charger on the spot, no questions asked. I asked them why the staff at the Mac Express would tell me it was not covered, and the worker at the Apple Store just laughed and said that they dont have the knowledge of apple products the way the Apple Store does. I also had the Mac Express check the battery on my computer because I had been getting a "Service Battery" message, and they told me it was fine and not to worry about it. The Apple Store checked it out, and told me when they ran a test on it, my battery needed to be replaced. I would have gotten my battery replaced at the Mac Express simply because of how close it is, but I would rather bring my business to the Apple Store from now on.

I have always had an excellent experience at The Mac Express. The staff is always knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They are locally owned and are a lot more personable and down to earth than those bigger stores. They also dont make you have an appointment just to talk to them like the bigger stores do which is awesome because I can just pop in there with any questions and they are ready to answer it. I highly recommend this store to any Apple user because not only is it much closer and convient, but its a much better experience than the bigger Apple Stores in every category whether it be sales, or even service on your Mac.

Used to drive ALL the way to the Apple Stores in either Braintree or Hingham. What a pain! Always too crowded, understaffed.....and ANY kind of "drop off service" would take days, not to mention fighting the traffic to get back there! And the "Apple Genius Bar" experience can often be compared to a dental appointment! Then I found "The Mac Express"! A whole new world in dealing with Apple products! Minimal drive time, minimal wait, well informed staff.....and SUPER FAST SERVICE if you need it! Wouldnt go anywhere else for my Apple concerns! Top Notch!

These guys and gals are consistently knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, and cheerful. I was sorry to see them leave BuzzBay but they are a bigger and better operation now. On tax holiday weekend they made a helpful suggestion on, umm, avoiding taxes on a popular model I wanted, and they saved it for me for pickup then. They have fixed things, dropped in upgrades, and indulged my lust for ever more iPhone and iPad covers. Dont need the classes but I hear theyre terrific. Love ya, guys!

I bought my IPAD AIR in Nov, and 18 days later, I found out from a the school Im going to attend only uses Microsoft. So when I talked to manager of this store, he said the return police is 14 days old and would not work with me to return this product. Just over 4 days, because that is when I visited the school to go over what is needed, and he would not do any return. I will never do any business with them ever, and are telling others of my experience.

I bought 2 apple watches one for my daughter and one for myself the salesman told us they both had black bands when we got to the car we discovered one band was white I went right back in the store and after 30 minutes of the salesman calling the owner they decided I had to pay for the band I was supposed to have received in the first place. Worst retail experience Ive ever had in my life. Go to a real Apple Store next time thanks a lot!!!

I have been a customer of Mac Express since they were located in Buzzards Bay. They are extremely cooperative and listen to your needs and are great a solving minor problems. I recently purchased my MacBook Pro from them and love it. Be sure to stop in. By the way, the classes are a great value. c. tate

I have purchased many Apple products from Mac Express (MacBook Pro, CD drive, accessories, software). Their store is often busy, so it can take a few minutes to talk with a rep, but they are knowledgeable and take the time to really understand and answer questions. I recommend them.

These guys are great. They are knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and fast. They are careful to stay in touch and update whats happening with a repair. Also they can figure out how to fix older models that Apple wont touch anymore or even have parts for. I heartily recommend them.

Just go to Braintree or Hingham. My Husband bought a computer hear and I bought a iPhone case. We had to jump though hoops to get the educational discount and they wouldnt take back my iPhone case after 3 weeks. The paint on the case was chipping.
