Kit Ligand

Good, knowledgable staff. The banfield vet office here is my regular vet and in more than 12 years, they have been great. The store has a very good selection for cats. I dont have dogs but the ones i see there seem happy and healthy. I also love the adoption folks and the chance to help support rescue services. These are nice folks, with a good store, who welcome the animal lovers of the world. There is a sufficient parking.lot, and the store is easy to reach. They also have grooming services on site.

Took my dog to get groomed. When I came back to pick her up they told me that my dog was aggressive and if I could bring her in the morning or in the late afternoon where there is not so many people and animal. The staff in gromming area are very rude and dont have love and patience for dogs that are a little hipper. There was a one person that worked there named Amie and she loved our dog and really enjoyed working with her and we are sad that she is gone.

Really good for a chain Petsmart store. Theyve expanded to the store next door for grooming and training. Very good fish department here, probably their strongest point. Some Petsmart branded products are just so, so. They do allow dogs in the store which is nice if you are looking for an outing for your pooch.

Djuan the dog instructor is amazing!!! I have been to other PetSmarts (and Petcos), with instructors that have no idea what they are talking about when it comes to training. We highly recommend this PetSmart for training because he knows what he is talking about and truly cares for the dogs!

Nice little pet store. I took my son to get a birthday gift a bearded dragon and the young lady who helped us out didnt know what she was talking about and I had to return the tank we bought because it was to small. Do research before you go get anything

Exceptional service from the two girls up front. Jessi and Aly were a wonderful help. These two need a promotion, they work dilegently even when the lines were long they managed to move things along swiftly and keep everyone happy. Take notes Petco!!
