Ive been visiting this store off and on for the last few years, every time I visit the quality of the reptile care has varied from Wow! Fantastic! to Wow...what happened? This is a good place to pick up a cold blooded pet, but, they can be overzealous about making a sale and quick to downplay the negatives of a species, so buyer beware. The people themselves are still very friendly and engaging. Ive purchased snakes, lizards, and some unusual tarantulas from them all in perfect health (I know because I still have them all). Recommended!

The owners are extremely knowledgeable about everything related to all their creatures including diets, temperaments, natural environments, and best way to care for them. They even volunteer to help you if you need to transport a creature from one tank to another. They are far above any other cold blooded pet store in customer service and their prices are fair. They will also tell you where to find something if they dont carry it. 5++ stars!!

I visit there several times a week to buy crickets and meal worms for my leopard geckos which I purchased there through the professional advice of one of the nice guys who works there. My kids love going there with me to check out the awesome reptiles they have there. I will never go anywhere else. Even if they are out of mealworms I will wait for the next day!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here for anything you need reptile related!!

The people who own and work at Cold Blooded are absolute professionals. They offer the best selection of reptiles, spiders, and sometimes amphibians, Ive ever seen at a pet shop. Super knowledgable and friendly. Everything you need is right here at this store and its all reasonably priced!

I was very impressed with the selection and the care of the animals. I purchased a crested gecko from them, and Im more than pleased. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and very polite. The prices were great, too! Ill definitely be giving them my business from now on...

The service is amazing here. They are extremely helpful, anything you want to know.. they know! They have quite a bit to choice from and every reptile that I have bought from this place has been extremely healthy. The prices are reasonable as well. These guys deserve the business!!

Most pet stores are terrible. Cold Blooded is an exception. The staff is actually knowledgeable and cares. The animals are housed properly and look clean and healthy. This place is nothing like the horrible chain pet stores.
