No baggers so it takes forever to check out ,bakery is always empty at night ,the whole gold coin just reminds me that i spent another $500 here gee thanks for the 4.99 a pound steak tips that are 8.99 a pound that i can buy at costco for under 5.00 a pound . Store always looks empty . The big y do i go there is to grab a few things because market basket is closed. Hannaford should come back or something else.

This place is total crap, the atmosphere sucks and they treat workers with disrespect. Hannaford was way better than this dump. Dont shop here, they raise prices just so the card can take a fraction away from what they raised . 0 stars BigY, go back to Springfield and Connecticut .

Has a good variety of food, but it is expensive. Staff is very helpful and many are very friendly. The gold coin system could be revamped to offer free products instead of discounted products. The floral department could use some more interesting items

Prices are too high and bakery closes early. They offer Bread at a discount price, after the sell by date. And the coin promo has to go, think of another perk for why the community should shop at your high priced store, please.

Transition from Hannafords to Big Y a lot of things arent the same and self check out wasnt up and running. There also seemed to be a lack of adequate staff. Hopefully these are kinks and will be worked out over time.

Good grocery store, I always go here because I live so close, and for the muffins... Hannaford muffins are the best, and their cake (with best creme) is amazing
