This Market Basket is awesome! The vegetables and meat are always fresh, and there is always a huge variety of things to choose from. The prices are the best I have found yet, especially for market basket brand items- which many times are better than the other brands. I actually travel from Quincy to shop here, because all of my local supermarkets are expensive and have bad quality food. And one of the things I like most are that there are so many check-out lanes open and the checkers move so fast that there are never lines! So if you want some fresh squeezed orange juice, and a variety of groceries that are really fresh at a cheap price I reccomend Market Basket!

I find Market Basket, hands down, to be the best Grecery Store Ive shopped at in a very long time. The prices are great! The Store is always clean. The shelves are always neatly organized. I love the prepared salads and fried foods. I love shopping at this Market. Oh, Parking is also a thumbs Up. I could on and on. Its carry everything I need and a whole lot more. The Employees are respectful, courteous and knowledgeable of the stores merchandise. Ive also met very nice Customers!!!

Today and a few weeks ago I experienced little customer friendliness at the PIZZA area and in the past at the HOT food area. I plan on calling the store to complain about the communication lack of in these areas. 2 weeks ago I tried to get information about the pizza and the worker responded with something unrelated to what I was asking and then just dismissed my inquiry like it didnt matter. I persisted in communicating with someone who understood my request and who spoke English-

The management told Michaela . That he thinks the whole public is a threat. Why would anyone want to be shopping there. I used to be working at Market basket for 5years. There food is not really and neither is there hamburger. If you want real good to the other market basket. Brockton one used alot of Pop from Incorporated butt.then they put food die on it. This is a second store I got food positioning. If you like your health go shopping at a regular store not a recommendation

Well I work here and from a customer and employee experience I just have to say that it is a great food store. Full of multiple options, constantly contributing new and fresh foods the. Great prices "MORE FOR YOUR DOLLAR" is there slogan for a reason. And the employees are extremely nice and always there to help, in the case of taking your stuff out or just lending a hand. And from my employee experience I have to say that its great seeing such a successful business keep going

What I love about my Market basket: The people, they recognize you, no matter where in the store if you have a question they answer with a smile, they answer the telephone with a smile. I am disabled and have to use the scooter and unlike in other stores I dont feel less a person I am a customer like anyone else. The store itself is great as well, the variety, the layout, its clean, the seasonal decorations are cheerful, and on top of all that the value is there.

Shopped here multiple times before. Always thought it was pretty good. Wide selection. Decent quality. But this weekend I purchased two monkfish tails. Came home to prep them for dinner and found WORMS, multiple actual live worms squirming around buried in the flesh. At first I thought it was some debris stuck in the fish, tugged it out, and it CURLED up around my finger tip. Freaked me the hell out. Never again. Im done.

I got me and my son some food. Ck, mashed potatoes, and wedges. I gave my 3 yr old 3 bbq wings and a few bites of the mashed potatoes. Then i brought my wife and son cannolis. A big one for her and a little one for him. Later my son after eating his said his belly hurt. Later that night my wife threw up and had the runs. It had to be the Cannolis because i was fine.

Employee customer service is only fair. Sale items are not restocked in a timely manor ; this results in a good number of items not being available to purchase. Unfortunately is an ongoing problem which has actually gotten worse. I plan to travel to the Bridgewater store to shop in hopes it is more efficient and a better experience.

Its always a great experience until I try to open my deli meats and have to rip the zip lock bag to get at the meats or cheeses. Always the bag is zipped and folded over then stuck together when the price tag which always tears the bag open. Argh! Please stop! You are taking away from the expiration date.

Spent a hundred dollars here tonight including a small bag of potatoes.... they were horrible pitatoes which had been obviously frozen or was too cool for Lord knows how long! They were black and gray all through them. Were new in Brockton and sure wont consider this our grocery store!!

Im so glad I live near a Market Basket, they are about as cheap as grocers get, and you dont have to stack a bunch of coupons and deals to get a good price, no loyalty card either! Notably this does mean it gets very busy, so maybe shop off hours if thats a problem.

pretty diverse place not to bad dont feel like trouble is in the air like most places i go said hi to a few nice people dont get a bad vibe when i go in with my lady like people are horny hounds so i like going

This store SUCKS! Customer experience aint worth it,no social experience,sale items are never available, ask for help...NO HELP, i drive to W.Bridgewater to avoid This Headache! Close this store

Not so great. Doesnt carry a variety if brands. Limited in choice, but prices are good for what they do have. Always need to go to a competitor to find what I need.

This market basket is very unorganized staff is stocking shelves at 11am and this is inconvenient to shoppers this should be done before store opens t o customers

Clean and large. Beat Shaws and Stop n Shop prices by an average of $2 to $4 per item easily on name brands. Plenty of parking and next to the mall.
