It was a warm day and I had my Jacket over my arm, plus I dad my own, cart without a basket, so there was nowhere for my jacket. I also had a splint on my left hand, making maneuvering difficult with a hand help basket. When I got to the aisle with a new type of instant pudding, the clerks were seriously trying to psyche me out, but my conscience was clear, and did not let it bother me. I looked at the new package of pudding, and put it back on the shelf, at the same time,the clerk on the loudspeaker psychologically singled me out for attention, and a clerk came by rattling on literally into his cellphone loudly, trying to demand attention from me, but still my conscience was clear, so that I ignored him and walked away in a different direction. As I finished going through the checkout, I thought about the fact that they had had the option to tell me ahead of time, that they did not allow towing all my things that way around the store. So that my impression was that they were going out of their way to set me up/ make fraudulent claims about me. But my conscience is still clear.

I used to love Rouche Brothers, but the last couple of times there my experience has not been good. I had a few things I wanted for dinner and keep striking out. I went to the deli for egg potato salad, pasta salad, and deli meat. As I waited about 7 minutes, looking at the dry yellow hard stuff on the potato salad, and the dis colored thickley sliced meat I decided to move on. I must say I was also agravated that no body was at the counter or bothered to ask if I needed help. I picked a few things on my way to the meat section and found my self having to compromise on products. when I got to the meat section I could not find any marinated steak tips, so I asked the butcher and he said we have no more. So that was it I left my partcially filled cart at the customer service desk and told them I was 0 for 3 and I give up. It so sad latley when I go there it just seems like no one cares about product,customer service or food presentation. I just thank god I have a car and can shop anywhere I want.

Customer service and some staff unhelpful. I asked a worker if they carried potting soil, he said he didnt know, but was helpful enough to asked a coworker. The coworker, who was busy chatting with another coworker told me to ask Customer Service . I did, and she flatly stated she didnt know. She didnt check, there was no line of people waiting at the time. She didnt seem to care. The three stars are for the first young man, who attempted to show initiative by asking for directions from his coworker, and 2 thumbs up to the very polite and helpful young man working outside pulling the carts. The woman in "Customer Service" was really unfriendly . She get 0 stars. I know that the best of us have off days. Maybe this was just a bad day for her. She didnt ruin my day, just made the experience less pleasant. Bacon Mac and cheese is awesome. .

Horrible service. I will never shop this store again. Today, I went there to buy the 2L Pepsi, which is on sale for 3 days, I came with my friend and put 2 cases (16 ) on the shop cart, I know there is limit 8. When we got the cashier desk, one old lady came and said you cannt buy 2 cases and is limit for 8. I said we can do separately. She told me that limit 8 is for per family and not for per person. What the more made me angry is that she even took the case and said we can only get the bottle individual. On the flyer, they only said limit 8, and didnt said these for per family. However, they do the promotion for the soda, and why dont let customer buy more. This is my first bad experience for shopping at this supermarket. Thanks god that this is not my usually supermarket to shop.

This is a big and busy store, however each time I go there Im able to get in,get what I need and get out fairly quickly. Its clean, friendly staff, and theres a liquor store at the front of the building which you can go through on your way out and they are fast and friendly too. I usually go here before family events so its a nice streamlined process. Food, dessert, a greeting card and some scratch tickets and a smile.

Prices are extremely overpriced. I go there occasionally when they have a sale on something I use. The employees are not friendly, most have an annoying attitude. I was using my debit card and put in the wrong password and this annoying cashier said I chose the wrong button. When I told her that it was my debit card she sad "oh I thought it was a food stamp card." Glad I dont go there much. Too stuffy and overpriced.

Roche Bros. has an excellent selection of hot prepared foods available daily. The salad bar is excellent with a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. They have an assortment of proteins for your salad too, often multiple types of chicken and cheeses along with eggs and bacon crumbles. A wide choice of dressings are on offer as well. They also carry good, quality meats in a variety of sizes and cuts.

I was forced to stop and pick up a few items. I was blown away by the prices...very high. Hamburger had piece of bone in it one time, the other I left in the fridge overnight. By afternoon it was grey and smelled off. Once shame on me, twice really shame on me. There will not be a third visit. People who talk about great prices and wonderful produce and meat etc. need to get out more.

Their vegetables were very fresh and in good shapes. Our favorite was also their popcorns. The staff are very professional and customer oriented. The Starbucks cafe inside added values to this place, especially if you go shopping in the morning over the weekend and the weather is cold! Prices are a bit higher than regular but worth the quality.

Very expensive. Meat selection is great if you only want to buy beef or cuts of chops. I asked the butcher on duty if I could get a pork shoulder, and he didnt know what I was talking about. The bread selection leaves something to be desired also. Save yourself some aggravation and money by going to the Stop And Shop 5 minutes away.

I love Roche Bros and miss the Sudbury Farm store in Randolph. I shop at Roche Bros in Quincy,Westwood and Easton and find the variation in stock very frustrating as well as how the stores are laid out in terms of grouping of products and types of produce. This might cause me to limit to one store or go to online shopping.

Good prices and selection, friendly employees. I am not a huge fan of the access road, but its a very nice store thats convenient to a lot of other things when you need to run errands and get shopping done. Theres a liquor store in the same building which is also really convenient.
