I grew up near a Big Y but havent been to one in forever. It was called big y but it still is very much like the Hannaford that it replaced. It had the one item that I found at Hannafords and no where else so hope that isnt temporary. Another item I couldnt find which is worrisome. Overall though its like any other market besides that one item. The particular item had gone up in price since the first time I bought it weeks ago. I just remembered I found a dressing which happened to be the first time I have seen it. Vegan ranch. The prices are decent to high usually, but sales can make the prices reasonable. Make sure you get the silver card if you will be coming here often. Just would love it if the vegan section was expanded more but other then that its pretty good.

I just LOVE the meat department at Hannafords. No matter who I get to wait on me, they are always pleasant and helpful. I just ordered my 4th beef tenderloin roast and every time they give me a wonderful piece and my company is wowed! I will not go anywhere else and I recommend that you try it.

Most of the Help there is better than most others by far. I rather pay a few more bucks not to look at ghetto people Shopping, Touching, being rude, This store is very clean by far and above Shaws, Stop & Shop, I love to shop there great experience ALWAYS

Store is always clean, theres helpful service, and a great selection of natural and organic food. The processed stuff doesnt appeal to me as much as when I shop their competitor (Market Basket) so I shop healthier here.

The staff is very helpful, the variety of products is great and I love their bakery. In the deli area, there is a cooler of the most asked for products, pre-sliced and packaged so you dont have to stand in line.

Convenient, clean, moderately-priced grocery store. Big Y replaced Hannafords last year with very little change, other than the sign. This is my regular weekly grocery shopping choice.

I wish Hannaford was closer, Id probably so there more often. 1) clean 2) best organic selection in a conventional grocery store 3) layout of said organics is the best Ive seen

Horrible. This store replaced the Hannaford in our town and is a definite downgrade! Produce is terrible - never fresh, more expensive, and less variety... definite thumbs down!

The produce is always fresh and they have a pretty good selection of organic foods. Store is always sparkling clean! Many items are less than Marketbasket. Sorry, but true!

The prices here are ridiculous now. I really miss Hannafords. They have a silly card and gold token program for savings. Their meat tastes weird. Im not a fan.
