My first experience with a true outdoor store. Staff seems to be fairly knowledgable. I had an issue with a pair of shoes, they took them back 4 months later, no receipt, and gave me a brand new pair. Granted the im sure the manufacturer will replace them free of cost to EMS, but I was happy with that. The EMS brand clothing is hit or miss though.
