The shop is clean, and a major step up from its old spot. There are not as many bikes as one might expect. There is clothes and other great you may need, all for prices that are higher then they should be, maybe 15% then area bike shops. Customer service: there are three individuals that I have seen working there. The young kid is helpful enthusiastic and respectful. Then there are two older gentleman. One is Jerry. Jerry is not a Salesman, so he says but he will tell you to rebuild your bike anytime he sees you. Jerry will do anything to sell you something and convince you you need something. Jerry is also a total pain in the rump. You will never get out of there under 10 minutes of he is working unless you are rude. I almost always call to avoid jerry, today reminded that it is key to call. But if you have a jam, he will save your butt. He also thinks everyone is an idiot and he will tell you how to put a screw in, honestly he started to today. The other gentleman sold me my kids two bikes and he was great.

GERRY FIXED IT!!! I took my bike to other well known shops in the area to help me fix my high end road bike front derailleur. The front-d would drop or throw the chain off regularly and no one seemed to be able to adjust it to keep it from doing this. One day I figured I would try this little shop and see if they could figure it out. Gerry began to boast about his tuning tricks and went into a long discourse on how precise he is in setting up a front derailleur. I was a little put off by the long winded explanation but he backed up all his talk. He saw the issue with the derailleur hanger was not letting the front-d drop down close enough to my compact crank chain rings. He pulled out out tools and repaired the factory flaw. Then he shimmed the front-d so the cage angle was perfect with the smaller compact rings. The front-d now shifts like a hot knife through butter and the chain always stays on. He knows his stuff. I wont go anywhere else now.

I like this shop and especially like Gerry. I stopped in a couple months ago as the shop was closing with a busted chain, Gerry stayed open for me, gave me some replacement links for like a couple of bucks, and walked me through the fix. As I was leaving, he gave me his cell # and told me to give him a call if I had any trouble with the chain at home. A week later, they sold me a single fork nut and gave me a ton of free advice on swapping out a front fork. These guys know their stuff and seem far more concerned with earning long term customers than making a quick sale. Gerry, if youre reading this, I promise Ill eventually buy something more from you than just nuts and links :)

Can not say enough about this place. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. You could not ask for a better or more trustworthy group of guys to work on your bicycle. And if you are purchasing a new bicycle, even better because you can be sure that if any problems were to arise, they would be addressed with the highest standards. These days many local bike shops do the minimum to get by, or lack the necessary tools to address specific problems and to do it correctly. This group operates with high standards, and it shows. They have the tools and knowledge to back them up. Big thanks to Gerry and the team for the work they did to my bike!

I came to the shop worked with Jason to buy my first bike, Jason was so helpful I asked him a million questions he matched me up at two different bikes, I liked both of them a lot. He basically had to show me how to ride a bike because its been that long since Ive been on a bike. Jason wasnt pushy at all. He showed me all the benefits to both bikes and helped me narrow it down to one help with all the accessories and then when I picked up the bike he set up the bike rack for me on the back of my car. What a great experience

Bought my first real bike there today after talking with them for a few weeks. They are very knowledgable and will talk your ear off if you let them. They let me try bikes out and see what worked best for me. Best customer service Ive had in retail in a very long time - plus their prices are better than other similar shops. I will do all of my bike shopping here in the future.

Im a mountain biker, and my only complaint is that the shop is a little more geared toward the high end road bike than the mountain bike. Great service and prices though, I wouldnt buy a bike or get service anywhere else after dealing with Gerry! He and the other guys are knowledgeable and always have seemed to have my interest at heart in our dealings over maximizing the sale.

Ive been going to them for the past 8 years. If you want things done right at a fair price, they never disappoint. Not a place to go if youre in a hurry, they like to gab....My only worry is that they might become a different shop with the new building in North Grafton - the new shop is very nice, but Im sure it wasnt cheap.

Gerry, Dave and the team will always give you the best advice. I had a situation recently, and Dave could have certainly let me spend money on new tires, but talked me into a few changes that worked. That is the difference between Trek Stop and other shops.

Purchased two bikes for the kids about 6 weeks ago. Great experience, and the kids are super happy and love riding their bikes. They have a great trade-in program for growing kids, which I look forward to.
