Kagen W. 07/31/2014 Edit I was looking to see who we should have service our bikes that both of us now commute to work with and do city errands and I know now it will not be here. It was one thing to not look up from workl when I walked in, but to not look up once while I walked across small store to counter and waited with broken part in hand until I finally said hi, then sighed and when seeing I had a child turned that frown into a look of horror. Wanted to know if would work on our cargo box bike that we haul kids and groceries in and wanted to know if had any experience with electric assist as that bike replaces a car and when loaded want to use on hills and long distance daily not with dread. - reply why would one do that. From owner who drives a terrible gas mileage "Smart" car, besmirching getting 95% of power from legs to haul stuff. So no if you want electric assist, no if you are into cargo bikes, no if you have a child, no if you are a city rider, no if planning on daily commuting, and no if you experct to be dealt with minimal civility. Oh, the simple repair was done fine, on time and reasonable price. You might have a different experience if you bring in a race bike hopefully, and maybe it was two off days and just didnt like me, my wife or my child, might like you.

I was looking for a bike shop in Nashua, NH that didnt have a long wait, and could fix my bicycle quickly, and inexpensively, and where I could buy a few parts for my bike, like tires and tubes. Gun and Gary at Freewheel Cycles in Nashua, NH (03063) were AWESOME! They trued my wheels, checked my hydraulic brakes, and adjusted my derailleurs, and had my bike back to me in one afternoon. They are a full service bicycle repair shop in Nashua, and both guys have a long history of riding and racing all types of bicycles. This is the riders shop! Great service, very friendly, very thorough, and very fast. Definitely visit Freewheel Cycles in Nashua!

Okay. A little cocky about race experience and diminishing to my experience/knowledge. Good knowledge of road/cross, but not so much on mtn biking. Kept trying to dismiss mtn bike issues and relate them to his road or cross racing and indirectly tell me Im wrong. Owners of a bike store should not assume people have little knowledge or experience. It just comes off as unprofessional. Probably wont be back to this shop.

I am a novice and had to put together my new bike. Of course I did a terrible job and needed the folks at Freewheel to bail me out. They were fast, knowledgeable and accommodating. What else could you ask for. The shop is small so they do not have a big selection and the hours during the week could be longer or otherwise they would get 5 stars.

I found the owner very knowledgeable and committed to customer service. My bike never worked better. He made a point of calling me a few days later to make sure that I was satisfied, and gave it a no-cost fix when a minor mechanical issue arose 2 months later. I cant recommend this place enough.
