May 31, 2016. I just had the rudest, unhappiest salesperson at KAM in Hanover. She stated her name was Susan and refused to give her last name. To begin with, she didnt listen, then got aggravated because everything she said was wrong. She complained that she just got back from vacation and "they moved everything". When I told her that there was a disconnect, that she did not hear what I had wanted, she stated "Im done" and walked away. I waited one minute, believing that a manager would then come to speak to me, but no. Instead, I, and my $4000 budget, walked out. So sad: I had purchased appliances in the past from KAM and the salespeople were knowledgable and helpful. Very disappointed.

We purchased an entire kitchen of appliances from KAM 13 months ago and have had three service calls on the refrigerator and this week the Microwave control panel quit working. Their response? For $95 they can come to just look at it (not fix it) SIX DAYS FROM NOW. The warranty was for one year but we are a few weeks past that, so they recommended that we just buy another one.This is a vacation home used only in the summer. The Microwave has probably only been used for seven or eight weeks total. . My advice is to buy from anyplace other than KAM.

Have worked with Don for serval years on multiple projects. He has been the utmost professional in helping me select appliances. Don always goes the extra mile to make sure that the appliances arrive when requested and solve any problems that may arise. I would recommend Kams to anyone who needs new appliances. The Hanover location has a large selection on display. Don is the go to guy.

Great showroom with a huge selection. Very friendly sales staff who are considerate of your needs. Nobody tried to upsell us and the prices are competitive to and in some cases much better than HD / Lowes. We will be buying all of our appliances for a kitchen remodel here and I will update this review some point after that.
