Great service - much better experience than with a Best Buy "box store". I planned on buying my Westinghouse dryer from Best Buy since they "looked" to have the lowest price. After waiting on hold for 20+ minutes (no active chat feature) to find out what the parts and delivery charges were I requested a price quote from Appliance One and quickly got a response from Casey, the owner. Although they didnt carry Best Buys discontinued model (come to find out Best Buy only had one unit which had to be purchased in person) they quickly provided a very competitive price for the current model. Casey answered my follow-up questions quickly and was very upfront about everything. - It was apparent that he wanted to do everything he could to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and my overall experience with Appliance One. - I was very impressed that this owner would spend a good amount of time on my relatively small purchase ($400 dryer). - The added bonus was that Casey, without question or any "push-back" promptly refunded the cost of the "standard" (all appliance stores require this for compatibility etc.) dryer cord that I had purchased, after learning that the new cord did not fit into my existing outlet. I dont anticipate any near-term issues with my new dryer, but am confident that when the time comes that I will be able to trust Appliance One with service and repair. - Best Buy and other "box store" could never come close to this level of service!

Appliance One been nothing but good to us. We purchased the whole new kitchen set up: fridge, stove and dishwasher but unfortunately we got a bad fridge. We purchased extended warranty but the fridge was still under Kitchen Aid warranty. We called Appliance One and they were able to send a technician to our house within a few days and helped us get reimbursement for all damaged food (our fridge wasnt producing any cold air, so all food was warm). First time that happened (3 month after the purchase) they got a new part for it and it was working fine but it happened again 3 month later. So our brand new fridge 6 month old now broke 2 times. I called and spoke with Dave at Appliance One and he was super nice to me, aligned and made a decision to give us a whole new one because it was a repetitive issue. We did not have a fridge for about 4 days and we got a new one delivered within a few days! So happy with Appliance One and all they amazing employees. My advice, keep hiring good, caring people and keep up the hard work. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family to get their new appliances form Appliance One!

Long story short I purchased a Viking dishwasher 4 1/2 years ago and have had nothing but issues with it, this dealer has not helped. Most recently it was under a recall for fire issues. This dealer not manufacturer notify me of the risk to stop using it. The dishwasher also now requires a rebuild kit to the tune of $586 which now I have to cover. I have called Viking and they have not returned calls, I have called Michael at ApplianceOne to contact the Viking rep. No call back from the viking rep todate. So this dealer has taken about $9500 for all the appliances in my kitchen(viking range, hood and micro). Now a $1200 dishwasher has flat out died in less than 5 years and I have no help. I get that ApplianceOne only sells the Viking product, but a premium brand should have better service from the dealer and manufacturer.

i purchased a on the floor model electrolux range and dbl wall ovens. shortly after delivery the range would not burn blue flame and covered my pots with soot. turns out the tech told me the range i bought does not work with propane very well. i called matt at appliance one and he was horrible to deal with. they did not stand behind the sale and to this date 1 yr later still not resolved. think twice before buying from this company update...The owner Casey has been very helpful getting the electrolux range replaced by electrolux. he helped to push them to refund me and we replaced with a capital range...so much better. Thank you Casey excellent recovery!

Can I give 6 Stars? 1. The people were very friendly, even the sales people i had no business with were great. 2. I bought a full suite of kitchen appliances. Spent almost $6K. Because their pricing is so good, I was actually able to afford what I wanted. 3. Best price. Period. I shopped at six places, and it turns out the place right down the street from my house was the best. 4. Full customer support. When Frigidaire was being less than forthcoming with the rebates I was due, AppOne stepped in and gave the support I needed. 5. The salesman James, and the manager Joe, did everything they could to make this a great purchase. 6. They will always get my business

As a 15+ year customer of ApplianceOne, we wont shop anywhere else. Although, we did compare their prices beforehand, and we were pleasantly surprised. We just purchased an entire whole worth of new appliances, and a washer and dryer as well. From the sales experience to delivery and installation, there was no hassle what so ever. Prices were great, and they had rebates the big box store dont have, so our price was lower. We were even directed to a nicer models with a bigger manufacturers discount with many more features, which made it cheaper than the model we went in to see originally. Our salesman was spot on and the delivery guys were great.

I recently just finished building a house near by in Hanson and appliances were the last thing I wanted to deal with. I thought I had done my research but Kyle knew everything and then some when I came in. I was pretty picky on what random models I wanted and Kyle was more then happy to lay out what options I had in each brand. Ended up getting every single appliance for my house there since it was so easy. Delivery was perfect and not a mark on anything.

So nice to have a customer service team that is helpful and professional. I dealt with kyle in helping me find exactly what I needed and I honestly couldnt have been happier. He really knows his stuff in helping me find the perfect stuff for my completely redecorated home. It all looks and feels great. You dont get this kind of help or knowledge buying stuff online. Great to still have places like this around.

Great experience shopping at ApplianceOne! They had exactly the TV I was looking for and at a better price than anywhere else I went to in town. Their customer service was great, answered all the questions I had and made the transaction fast and easy. I will definitely be shopping here again in the future. The product that I went ahead with was delivered very quickly and I was notified of both the delivery day and provided with an hour time slot....fantastic service!!
