Purchased a lawnmower with a service contract from Homedepot Rockland. Contacted service company (Asurion) and they told me to contact a repair service. Contacted the repair company left a number of messsges Waited a week with no response and contacted Asurion again. They then gave me a number of other repair service companies (many not even in Massachusetts ), where I would spend more in fuel than cost of repair Decided to contact homedepot in Rockland and spoke with three managers over three days, wach promised to contact local repair company and get back to me. I have yet to hear back from any of the three. Additionally, the service company said dont expect your lawnmower back for a while. Who in Mass needs a lawnmower in Oct or November I have never written on of these before, but wanted to let you know that Homedepot just rips you off over these repair contracts ---- nothing but a SCAM. Managers at Homedepot need some training on customer service Maybe the whole company needs a makeover

I think everyone in this store tries really hard to help you. Many times an employee has put down something they were doing and walked with me to the isle or section to find what I need or to check on prices etc. I could not expect more. I have never seen any one of them disrespect me nor anyone else. They are all pleasant as far as I can tell, and I appreciate their assistance.

Thanks to wonderful HD associate who helped me with picking a fence, when my child slept on my shoulders unexpectedly, while picking up my last item to finish fencing. She showed me where I can find fence items, pulled my cart around 2-3 isles and dropped my stuff at pay counter. She is a wonderful associate and cannot forget her customer service. Thank you HD!

My favorite Home Depot location. I have found it to have the friendliest and most helpful staff of all the branches I go to. They also seem to be a little more organized. They are occasionally understaffed to answer questions, but again, still much better than most. The Rockland location has been consistently above average for me going back 20+ years.

It is like a post apocalyptic distopia in there. The virtual zombie I asked for help stood there drooling next to me and couldnt admit he didnt know the answer to my question. The only good thing about HD is that you can return all the junk you buy. Lowes is close enough by that there isnt much reason to go to HD.

better than most of the home depots in the area. a lot of the associates have been there for 10 years or more. very knowledgeable and helpful. There is a dunkin donuts on site. I like how the layout differs from other home depots. The Wi-Fi at dunks is better than the home depot Wi-Fi

I had normally shopped at other home improvement stores in the area, but this Home Depot experience blew me away. Employees were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was directed to exactly what I needed. It was one of the best retail experiences Ive had anywhere.

Two different items they sold my wife were used! The manager who was not the least bit apologetic said it was a coincidence and implied she should have noticed if the packaging had been taped! The word that is used to describe selling used items as new is "fraud"

This store us always staffed well and the associates are friendly. We had a great experience recently buying lumber. Don helped us quickly and then showed us to another item we needed in another dept. Then he helped load our car. We only shop at this HD. Thank you.

We bought paint and at the cash register we bought two candy bars and the girl at the register gave us two paper towels and said they might get messy in this heat I thought that was very thoughtful and nice and above and beyond very pleasant experience

Shop here all the time. Sometimes getting questions answered can be hit or miss. Ive been both pointed in the wrong direction as well as helped tremendously by the staff there.

Worst service...ever... I go out of my way to drive to lowes. The store is dirty/dusty and the associates are rude. If I need something from HD Ill go to Plymouth or Quincy.
