VERY DISCUSTED!!!! Bought a washer/dryer stacked combo 5 years ago, and have had mega problems. Only one service man fixed the banging drum of the washer as it was not screwed in correctly after 2 previous calls. Washer does not spin the water out of heavy cloths.............Dryer does not dry cloths after going through full cycles (45 min or longer) Agren says its because of the faulty hook up and there must be a blockage in the hose. Had it looked at several times.......NO FIX!!!! Called Jyly 18, 2016 this am, and service said a representative would call me back. Now 8:35 pm NO CALL!!! They had put both units on the floor on sale, and I understand why. Selling faulty appliances to customers like me. Will I shop at Agren again? Their reputation will be passed onto friends and aquaintances to BEWARE!

I had the easiest shopping experience at Agren Appliance. Any questions I asked about a particular model were answered with straightforward replies and quickly too. They didnt try to convince me to buy any other things either, which was refreshing. They were able to schedule a delivery immediately, it was on time and the guys were courteous and informative too, and the appliance came with all the paperwork needed for rebates. For the model I got they had the best prices around and I will definitely shop there again when I need another appliance!

Very pleased with the service after the sale. They matched the price of the big box store when I bought my dish washer; but more importantly they went the extra mile when the plastic roller wheel broke on the rack. Not only did they fix the problem they researched the issue and found there was a recall in place for my problem so my racks (roller wheels and all were replace all for free). I plan to buy my new washer from them next week and know that if I have a problem - they will be right there to make it right.

Awesome customer service! Our Mom purchased an inexpensive fridge that had several problems after installation. Though Agrens tried to correct the problem, we could see it just wasnt going to work. They worked with us to get a different model, crediting her the full price of the original, delivering the new fridge and taking away the the original purchase. Tyler and his team are wonderful! I highly recommend Agrens.

I have bought several appliances over the last few years from Agren in South Portland. I recently had a problem with a 2 year old dehumidifer that I bought from them and they were not helpful at all. In fact, they didnt care about my problem and wanted to sell me a new dehumidifer. I will never do business with this company again.

Even though listed as the authorized repair center for my appliance they were not interested in assisting me unless I bought my appliance from them. At the time of purchase they were not in business yet. The dealer that I purchased from is no longer in business.

Not super happy with the way one of Agrens big box trucks boxed me in this morning. If the customer service is anything like how their drivers conduct themselves in the community, than I will never step a foot in the door.
