We had A-Z out initially to install our new oven. They broke it on installation, which we didnt realize, and when we had them out later to fix it we were given a runaround that lasted MONTHS. Horrible customer service - they lost our file, wrote down the wrong model number, tried to upcharge us for parts we dont need, then didnt order the parts, never called us back when they said they would, were rude when we complained. We ended up going somewhere else. I cant say enough bad things about these people. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!
