Mark at Geo. Washington Toma is excellent to work with. I was able to "shop" on the phone with Mark to figure out which washer and dryer unit would work best is a tiny space, actually they needed to fit into a closet. Mark was quite knowledgeable and familiar with our challenge. Cost was a significant issue and Mark was extremely helpful in providing a couple of different cost choices. The delivery guys were excellent. A part had become disconnected during shipping and the GW Toma installers were able to get the manufacturers tech rep on the phone to do some trouble shooting and they solved the disconnected wire on its been working now with not issues for the past four months. i am a returning customer after having learned my lesson with SEARS.

I recently purchased 3 appliances from George Washington Toma during two separate visits. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable the sales staff were regarding every product in the store. I was totally educated regarding the various features on each appliance that I was in the market for. I shopped around comparing prices and GWT prices are very comparable. What sold me on GWT was the outstanding personalized service I received both times while shopping at the store. Shoutout to Allyssa and Alan for great customer service. Even the delivery team was was extremely polite and professional. And by the way there really is always a Toma to talk to if you have to make a call.

Ive been to George Washington Toma twice now. Both times I went (looking for something specific), I left with what I was looking for and the know-how to use it. The last time, Richard S.(?) spent the time to make sure my friend and I knew how to install the television mount we were purchasing. Ill go back when Im in the market for what theyre selling. Recommended.

Competitive prices on about any applianc that you would want. Some tv and ac as well. Service is very good, friendly people. Sales dept. Listen to what you want and not try to sell you anything you dont want. Prompt delivery and will take your old or broken appliance.

If you are looking for a decent price and quality products. See George. Bloc stores have appliances that are made for cheaper prices, and reflect that in quality, so dont be fooled by the price. Been going there for many years.
