02/24/16 I called the number a few minutes after they closed and got the recording and hung up. I called right back to hear their hours of operation and the owner happened to pick up. As always he was very cheery and took the time to look up the part # I was seeking, and as usual, had the part in stock. He told me to bring the old part with me when I came by the next day so he could check it to make sure it actually had failed, and was the part I needed. We then got into a conversation totally unrelated to appliances, had a few laughs, and then hung up. You don"t get this type of service anymore. This is why I always go there. Its one of those rare places you can go thinking, "oh they"ll never have this", and show them the part, and the next thing youre walking out the door with it. If not?, they will order the part as you are standing there. As with anything, bring the Make, Model #, Serial #, and any other info you can to make things easier. This type of operation makes a big difference to me!!

Its unfortunate that more people dont take the time to rate businesses like these. We often jump right in when we have bad experiences. Im as guilty as the next person when it comes to complaining, but Atlantic is a true gem! Donna and Bill are super cool and helpful! Theyve made me feel like an old friend every time Ive ever been in for help. And their help has been spot on every single time! Theyre not a big box store and do keep mom and pop hours which accounts for one of the bad reviews. But if youre trying to fix an appliance rather than throw it out and buy brand new, I cant imagine or recommend a better place. Just bear up if youre washing machine craps out over a long weekend. Do your laundry at the laundromat and see them on Tuesday. Theyll get you fixed right up. Because theyre the best!

The worst counter help I have ever encountered. I drove over there to get a new part for my washing machine. I had the old part in my hand. I had the make and model. Furthermore, I had purchased the part there about a year an a half or two years ago. With no other customers in the store. The person on the counter, Donna, refused to help me without a model number. I told her I had the part, I bought it there, but she refused to help me at all. There was no one else there! She was chatting on the phone when I arrived. The WORST service Ive ever even seen. A total waste of time. I will buy my parts elsewhere. They have lost me as a customer.

They closed early the day before Thanksgiving. Cool, no problem, but maybe you want to change your voicemail to reflect that before I drive all the way over. Then the sign on their door said they would be open the day after Thanksgiving from 8:30am to 5:30pm. I have been calling since 10am. I automatically go on hold for 10 minutes or more, someone then picks up and hangs up without a word. HORRIBLE customer service! Hope you are out of business soon. Ordered the part I need online and it will be here tomorrow.

They walked me through a few trouble shooting steps to help me determine the problem and ordered the parts right away. Cheaper than Sears or the online parts stores. Bill Knows appliances inside and out.
