Will never shop there again, shopping for washer, took forever to get assistance. Then cashier didnt know much about warranty. ..... then waited 5 days for delivery. .. but never got washer delivered to my house ... then went to store to get refund... they said cant refund, cause cant confirm if you got washer delivered. .. had to go to lowes... that day... they had washer in stock, for less $$ and were very fast and helpful and knowledgeable. .. got washer setup same day... then had to wait days to get refund from home depot. .. and tried to contact store manager at least three times, after I asked to have her call me...when I got refund. .. poor customer service! Still never got store manager response...

Bought a dishwasher here last month. Salesperson was nice but was scatter brained and didnt seem to really know what she was doing. Free delivery but installation and removing the old one costs another $300. Delivery never called (or if they did, didnt leave a message) so I had to call them the day of to see when they would be coming by. Installers worked quickly but pointed out that Home Depot forgot to include the kick plate so now I have to go back and pick one up. Its been a hassle, Ill stick with Lowes.

For the Plaistow Home Depot.. what ever you do, do not purchase special orders from them. They cannot order your merchandise correctly and then do not stand behind it nor keep there agreements. If you have had a similar experience then please post it and go on face book as well. I will not shop at the Plaistow store again, Lowes has a better product. I will be posting again and again.

BE AWARE - Their panel cutting saw, used for cutting plywood, etc. is way out of alignment! I had a 4x8 sheet cut into 4 2x4 pieces and the cuts were skewed over 1/4 inch from top to bottom! Id strongly suggest using some other store if you need panels cut. Other than that its a typical Home Depot with friendly staff and decent but not great stock.

I was checked out by Lee. I asked him to please remove the breathing masks I got because they were priced wrong and he said whats wrong dont want to breathe safe? Then I accidently gave him 50 instead of 70 and he rudely said hey man its 50 then handed me my receipt in a clump and did not say anything. Calling Management.

They carry a full variety of different types of building supplies from home improvement to lighting. They will cut lumber to your specifications. They have well educated staff and will work with you in their education programs. I like this one

Most helpful staff Ive ever seen in a home depot. Genuine kind people that are knowledgeable and helpful. Ill gladly drive the extra 15 minutes to get here. Compared to the methuen store its 100x better.....
